When I arrived there was a short line almost out the door so my expectations were pretty high. I will say all the staff were super kind and helpful ! The reality… the matcha latte was decent, not the best but not the worst just not quite memorable honestly. I also ordered a wheat bagel with butter (not pictured) the quality of the butter was better than expected but the bagel preparation itself led it to be quite soggy. Nice to see a local business thrive but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

I’ve been to Crave Coffee and Tea twice now, and both visits have been excellent. This cozy little spot has quickly become a favorite of mine. The drinks are consistently flavorful, thoughtfully crafted, and not overly sweet—which I really appreciate.

On my first visit, I ordered the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and cold foam. The matcha had a smooth, earthy taste and the oat milk paired beautifully with it. The cold foam added a creamy texture without making it heavy. On my second visit, I tried their Iced Dirty Chai, and it was just as impressive—well-balanced with a rich blend of chai spices and espresso, giving it a bold yet smooth flavor.

What I especially love is that their drinks are sweetened with brown sugar by default, which gives them a nice depth without being cloyingly sweet. If you want extra flavor, they offer syrups—you can customize your drink easily. I chose classic vanilla both times, and it added just the right touch.

Crave also offers gluten-free cookies, which is a thoughtful addition for those with gluten intolerance or celiac like me. It’s always nice to have safe, delicious treat options. They also serve bagels and a selection of pastries, making it a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack alongside your drink.

The vibe is calm and welcoming—perfect for a casual meet-up, studying, or just treating yourself to a great drink. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Very disappointed with Crave, it seems they are doing everything to increase revenue since they have opened their new location. First, when you order banana bread one would expect you get butter, No, if you want butter for your bread there is an extra charge. Next, they no longer serve decaf as a house coffee. If you want decaf you have to order an Americana decaf at a higher cost then the house coffee. I am done. Better coffee places that do not nickel and dime you, and have decaf as house coffee. Just saying, see a change. I have been going here for years, regular customer.

I love when I find a coffee shop that delivers quality and flavor flexibility! The 1st time I went I ordered a blended Funky monkey, a blended Caramel blend with coconut (tastes just like a Samoa cookie), and a blended White mocha with rose. I went back 3 more time!!! This place was a great find!

Poor management, I was looking forward to trying this place after reading the reviews. When I arrived there was only one person making drinks and they were pretty busy. I ordered a match latte and ended up with a macha tea. The poor girl making drinks was so overwhelmed and it already took 15min to get my drink. I hope they can give their employees the support they need to focus on the quality and not the quantity.

I love this place, covid or not, iced coffee or hot. I love it with a scone or with pie, morning or night, or even when there’s a fire nearby. Okay…I’m done. The ladies here are amazing, kind, and helpful. They always have a great attitude and have stayed open and adjusted over and over to the rough year that 2020 has provided. Regardless, they have stayed positive and been as amazing as always.

The coffee? Great quality. Customer service and experience? Amazing. Decor? Chill vibes and seating inside and out. Omg there’s a lovely area with a few chairs on the corner of the building that’s surrounded by bushes/flowers. It’s nice if you need a relaxing moment.

I love their big comfy chairs and games that they offer. They’re one of the few places that actually still use fresh avocado with the avo toast.

Go here, they’re great.

Love y’all!

The workers are very kind. The matcha I get is very good and creamy. But this is what my drink looks like cause I asked for no ice. I don’t like ice cause it waters down the drink. I haven’t even taken one sip. This is what they handed me it was $7.50 and it’s already almost Half way gone. I get if it’s not all the way full cause I asked for no ice , but half way and for almost $8 ?? I thought it was supposed to be 16oz drink not 10oz

I would be cautious about ordering food here. While waiting in line, I overheard an employee tell a customer they had soap on their hands, even though they were the one actively assembling the bagels. I did not see them wash their hands after saying that either. They were handling food without gloves, which was concerning. I decided not to order a bagel after seeing that.
