Ive orders here several times on Friday nights when they are busy. I recommend ordering ahead as they are obviously busy but if you order through the app you can track your order and it’s always ready when they say it will be. My pizzas have always been accurate and taste great. There’s also great deals on the app as well.

When I brought this issue to their attention, I was informed that I frequently experience problems. Another almost 2 hour delivery. We live 8 minutes away. I have sick kids and did not want to bring them out for pickup. DO NOT DO DELIVERY FROM HERE. You will be asleep before it hits your door. I will no longer return to Domino’s and will use Pizza Hut or Papa Johns (15 min away and yet delivery takes 30 minutes even on busy nights..funny because I thought it used to be Dominos slogan).The reward program is not worth dealing with this delivery bs here..cold, half baked pizza that is not good. This location used to be amazing. Now they are.horrible. update to add: customer service rep was horrendous. Kept calling me “lady” in a demeaning tone. “We are short staffed.” As a former restaurant worker of over 20 years that is not an excuse. Than turn off delivery service! 4 workers is not 2 hours late delivery short staff status at a basic pizza place. Food showed up freezing and stale…right after I called to inquire on where the food was. Sent away. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Go to the one in Columbia or elsewhere.

During my first visit, the order was made in the wrong size and had to be remade, which added an extra 15 minutes of waiting—even though I had placed the order 30 minutes in advance. I also ordered a Sprite, but there was only one left in the fridge when I arrived.
On my second visit, my order was again delayed. I had ordered another Sprite, expecting to grab one from the fridge, but none were stocked. When I asked about it, the staff brought one from the back—it wasn’t cold. I asked if I could switch it for another drink from the fridge, but the tall male staff member with glasses said no “because of bookkeeping.” If Sprite is that popular, the store should really keep the fridge stocked instead of pulling one from the back only when a customer asks. He was also unnecessarily rude to the female staff at the counter, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Avoid at all costs. The food is terrible – and it’s pizza – pretty hard to mess up. The service is even worse – especially the manager on duty during my order, Damian. Our pizzas arrived – pizza one with the wrong toppings (not the end of the world, but for $44 you would expect much more). The second pizza (plain cheese) was completely inedible (and I literally would eat nearly any type of pizza). It was burnt on the top and had most likely been sitting out under a heat lamp for a long time – like a giant piece of leather. When I called the store to ask them to remake the pizza, they refused. The manager, “Damian,” told me that it was their corporate policy to not remake anything or offer refunds if we consumed any of the order – which is ridiculous. Then he hung up on me. Never again. Rude, nasty, and disgusting pizza that is seriously overpriced.

I made an online order, somehow my order had gotten lost or was never seen! I arrived to pickup my food and paid for everything but then I was asked to wait until it was done, I waited and waited! Then after the third of fourth time of me going back in to check on my order, I realized that even with me being there my order was never made until the last time that I had went back in the store to check on it.
Once they finally made my order it only took 10 minutes before I received it, my meal ended up being comped and the manager was super apologetic about everything!
My cheesy bread was cooked to perfection just how I like it and my Mediterranean sub was on point too! I don’t know if they’re short staffed or not but I feel that the manager was doing his best with what he had in the moment of the store being super busy!
I will be returning to give them a second chance! I completely understand that life happens to us and sometimes things happen that are out of our control!

Pizza was okay. But I paid for extra toppings on 2 pizzas. One had a normal amount. The other had actually zero mushrooms (was supposed to be extra) – couldn’t contact store, just went to this weird answering machine that cycled through promotions. Haha it kept saying “Cheese on cheese on cheese” kinda weird. I thought a human would pick up eventually, but 14 minutes later, this promoter is just repeating his cheese mantra. I was pissed. But … I ate the pizza & it was good, even though wrong.

Delivery didn’t deliver all items, and what was delivered (an Italian sandwich) was disassembled/had completely fallen apart in the box. Neither of these things would be the end of the world, but when you call the store to at least talk to someone about your order, you get a weird endless recording in which they advertise items, talking about “cheese on cheese on cheese”. That’s not helpful.

On August 31, 2024, I ordered a pizza. The problem I ran into was finding a hair in my pizza. I sent Domino’s a complaint on 9/1/24, which is the day I found the hair. I asked for a refund. I just keep getting automatic reply back. DO NOT order from Domino’s. They don’t care about there customer’s. They only want your money.
