Worst Bojangles. You now have to order talking to a robot. I order a cajun filet biscuit combo at around 10 A.M. on Sunday 10/19. After waiting in line to get to the window they inform me they dont have cajun filets. You dont have your signature entree? Why wouldnt you put a sign on the drive through menu so people see it when they order? as soon as I ordered a cajun filet wouldnt a manager or someone intervene to inform me they didnt have what I was ordering? Nope. Ordered and sat in line all the way to the window before being told no cajun filets.

Most of the time you go there it sounds like they have an attitude when ordering. At the window they don’t talk and 99% of the time you get the wrong dipping sauce or non at all. Stingy with fries and you get chicken nugget sized tenders and insult you by calling them “Supreme”. Not just one incident it’s a reoccurring issue.

I always go to Bojangles because I love to just get a good old fried chicken leg sometimes. I also like their unsweet tea. The problem is today I ran through there to get some tea and some bo bites and decided to try their peach cobbler and then when I got home of course I didn’t have any peach cobbler. I can’t stand when drive-thru do not put your entire order in there because people are driving home after they leave a drive-thru. Who was going to drive all the way back there to get their missing items? I didn’t feel like going back so I guess I’m out my $2 and my peach cobbler. But if your job is to fulfill my order then why can’t that job be done properly? Very frustrating! I have to get in the habit of checking behind all the time before I drive off and I made the mistake of not doing that today. But at the end of the day I shouldn’t have to do that. Usually I order an unsweet tea and if I don’t test it first I’ll drive off and find out they gave me sweet tea, So I usually try to check my order but today I didn’t do it and I got screwed. Doesn’t make me not want to go back to Bojangles but it makes me have to learn to check my order and hold the line up so I can make sure they did their job correctly.
