My wife and I grabbed a pizza on our way home last night we were going to watch a movie and enjoy a pizza for Valentine’s day. When I stopped in the store was dirty which worried me some but I got my pizza and took it home. The very first bite I feel something hard in my mouth I spit it out and it’s a piece of someone else’s tooth! I threw the whole thing out. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I ordered online they said my order was canceled when I got there. I didn’t have a notification that anything was confirmed of a cancellation on email or account. I didn’t care about how long it would take. My major complaint is they said my order was canceled but there was no confirmatio. Good customer service would offer something on the menu at equal value or a refund if supplies to make a menu item is not available. The cashier also went in the back slamming equipment and talking about customers. Also my pizza was not cooked all the way. I will not order from this store again. This is the second time my pizza my pizza was not cooked all the ways.

Grabbed a pizza on the way home. It wouldn’t like me order online so I went in and waited for them to make one. There was one person working who barely said a word to us. And when we got home the pizza was not cooked all the way. I had to put it in the oven for another 15 minutes before I let my daughter eat any of it. This is the second time we’ve have pizza that wasn’t fully cooked from Little Caesars from 2 different locations.

Went to order a hot and ready and 2 crazy breads and was told it’d be a 30 minute wait! I’ve worked plenty of pizza places to know it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a Pizza and 2 crazy breads I can see 10-15 minutes at most. I’ll never return to this restaurant absolutely not acceptable. Then to top it off the cashier is rude and wants to have an attitude because I wanted 1 pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas thats were stuck to the box, completely under cooked. The crazy bread was literally in a ball when they are supposed to be sticks. When I called I was told it was mcdonald’s then when I called the same number the same person that answered the I had told him what the problem was with my order I was told “yea our cook can be childish at times” then I asked for the kitchen manager told him what was going on and I was told the same thing as the other guy told me ” our cook can be childish” this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional I won’t be ordering anything from little caesar’s again. You guys need to actually hire people that care about the food not just a paycheck. If you would like some tips on actually how to make correct/cooked pizzas i would be more than happy to come to any of your guises places n train your staff. I cook professionally

It is never a good experience at this little Caesar’s location . Over the last several times I have been here to pick up my online orders , the cooler is never stocked and ALWAYS empty so I can’t even get my drinks. All of the workers are in the back with some leaning on equipment just talking, so hard to tell them I need my drinks. The last few crazy breads have been half assed and not even cut into pieces , and the pizza had little sauce.

Pizza is always soggy, some of the cashiers are not only lacking customer service skills they are down right rude. And tonight they told me they couldn’t make a pizza at 1030 because they had shut everything down. They dont even close till 11. I bet they are walking out the door at 11. Its right outside my front door but i swear im never going there again!!!!

Very rude, slow service and cold pizza.
I had ordered my pizza online at 6:40pm. I received a time to pickup my order for between 7:04-7:09pm. When I told them my name, the staff with dreadlocks rudely said, “didn’t you just order it” and the front desk girl said it would be 20 more mins for my order to be completed.
So I went and got gas and came back 20 minutes later and the order was still not done.
I did not end up receiving my order until 7:40pm.
There was a lobby full of people standing and waiting for their orders when I arrived the first time; and there were even more people when I came back 20 mins later.
I felt sorry for the front counter girl because she had to keep saying to all the patrons, “your order is in progress”.
When I came back from pumping gas, there were three staff that were witnessed smoking marijuana in the parking lot around the corner of the building. When ended up coming into the building, they smelled horribly of weed as they walked by to go to the back. The staff with the dreadlocks was one of the staff that walked by and he had his pants so low his “entire buttocks” was showing.
When they all went past to go in the back to “work”, it sounded like they were having a party. Talking loudly, laughing and clearly NOT doing their jobs.
The staff in the back were so rude to the front counter girl. They answered her rudely when she asked if the orders were complete and they were terribly unprofessional.
I am not sure if there was a manager on duty, but if there was…they were not doing their job.
The pizza we got was cold, was not the size we ordered and by the time we received our order I didn’t even say anything. I knew that the issues would not have been taken care of anyways; and after waiting an hour for my order, I was not going to wait any longer to eat.
My daughter and grandson were not feeling well, and that is why I ordered on line. I thought by ordering on-line I would would have my order when they said it would be ready. I needed to get back home to them. Ordering on line is supposed to be quicker than ordering in person.
I will never ever go to Little Caesar’s again! And I will be posting on FB my horrible experience. I am also going to post a yelp review and I hope that someone understands that 50 percent of a business is word of mouth and I plan on letting everyone know of the horrible experience I had at the West Alexis Little Caesar’s.

It took 56 minutes for my order to be completed. It was freezing cold inside their building, and when I arrived home with the pizza, it was undercooked and two of the end pieces had no cheese or pepperoni on it. I have never seen so many upset customers and I will not go back to this Little Ceasars.

I asked them to make me a half and half extra most bestest pizza. I wanted just extra cheese on one side and light sauce on the pizza and they did exactly that! In a timely manner and good customer service. Today they get 5 stars!
