I get it we are on a recession but dont mess with our Boston Cream. Almost done with it and finally found a drop of some cream.

I’m a daily Dunkin’ customer. I love Dunkin’. I defend Dunkin’.
But this Dunkin’… this one is built different.
We have three Dunkins in town. Two of them do their job. This one feels like an ongoing social experiment in how many ingredients you can quietly remove from an order and still charge full price.
Every time I come here (roughly 10 times a year, always against my will), something is wrong. Not “oops, small mistake” wrong. More like “key ingredient has left the building” wrong. Whipped cream replaced with some mysterious sad foam. Cinnamon? Gone. Other ingredients? Missing. And the best part: they never tell you before you pay. It’s a fun little surprise you discover later, like a bad plot twist.
The vibe inside is… heavy. Nobody’s happy. Nobody cares. You can almost hear the culture of “eh, whatever” humming in the background.
This isn’t an employee problem — this is a leadership problem. Whoever owns or manages this location has somehow turned coffee and donuts into a morale vacuum.
I’ll continue to avoid this Dunkin’ whenever humanly possible. And when fate forces me back, I’ll once again play the game of “What ingredient will be missing today?”

I rarely leave bad reviews on businesses because I understand how hard it can be to run one. Especially when you’re in the food business but my girlfriend has ordered breakfast for us from this location 3 times and all 3 times have been either the wrong order, missing an item or providing the wrong item. It is ridiculous that this location can’t get a simple order correct.

Every time I go here, which I don’t even know why I still do, they get my order wrong. A simple iced coffee order is kindergarten basics. What’s worse is when I see it entered incorrectly on screen and then I correct them, they have an attitude. Then I get to the window, pay for it and it’s still wrong. Where is the customer service? I’ll be driving down to the other one in town from now on. As I never have an issue with them. I will go the extra mile to have it done RIGHT!

This Dunkin’ is always a mess and I try to avoid it. They gave me enough cream cheese on my bagel to spread onto 10 other bagels. They didn’t have any ketchup, so I didn’t have any for my hashbrowns. Their hot chocolate doesn’t taste normal.

I went to the drive through to order the six dollar meal, mind you I am the only one in the line, it takes like a minute for them to get to me, I tell them my mobile order and then it takes FIFTEEN MINUTES for me to get my food, I AM THE ONLY ONE IN LINE!!!! A recap of my recent experience at this Dunkin’ location: sorry our frozen machine is down (like mcds) we can’t make any frozen drinks today….sorry we’re out of medium cups so we put your medium iced coffee in a large but failed to upgrade the drink so it just looks like I’m drinking someone’s leftover large coffee…..we just have one question, would you like to leave a tip?….my wife warned me about this location.

I usually have little to no problems at this location but today wasn’t it. My iced caramel latte was suppose to have 2 pumps of extra caramel and 1 pump of liquid sugar cane and they gave me that. Also my “toasted avacado toast” wasn’t toasted at all and the bacon wasnt broken up into pieces and slightly chewy as well hope they can get this location to be better.
