my daughter comes all the time and orders the same exact thing and everytime it’s messed up, she specifically asks for no fiesta strips and EVERYTIME, they not only add it but they add extra. this time they added almost no cheese or rice . and the morning shift was very rude.

Slow as hell. Found a hair in my food after waiting 30 mins or more in the drive thru. They play to much in the back. It will be awhile before I go back. Maybe after the staff changes. Really how can you have 1 car in the lobby parking lot and 3 in the drive thru and be this slow. I asked for a discount or some free food and got nothing. Come on people do better. The food is already over priced.

It’s fairly new and they are still getting the hang of it. For the most part, thing are good. We have gotten an order of cinnamon twists that tasted like old grease. And I submitted a comment to them about it!

Leaving this review because this place deserves a better rating. We’ve had it probably 6 times since opening. Not once has it been wrong, and the staff if always super friendly. I feel like some of these ratings are judging just the first weeks of opening.

Food was great. Girl at window was pleasant. However, when I arrived home part of my order was missing. And for what I paid for 6 tacos and 2 empinadas, 2 people could have eaten at Grecians. Way overpriced.

We went there twice in the evening. Most recently 6-12-25. We ordered and after about 10 minutes we were told they had no beef. Seriously? Taco is on the sign and you can’t make one? The manager on duty said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Fast food? So we did without tacos. When we finally got our food the order was wrong. We ordered 2 bean burritos with no onions. We got onions. I took them up and they said they’d make new ones. After 10 minutes I went up to check and girl hadn’t even started them. It’s a tortilla, beans cheese and sauce. Not that hard. The burritos were so messy and poorly assembled they were hard to eat. The employees were playing with phones and grossly unprofessional. Our first visit there it took 40 minutes to get our food. Lots of upset customers in there tonight. We won’t be back. Newbern TN.

Pulled in and the dining room was packed and the drive thru line was long but from the time I pulled in to the time I left was 12 minutes
