Placed an order through the app. Store called to let us know they are out of Pan dough and they will make our order with hand tossed, which was acceptable until they stated we would have a balance owed after we had already paid on the app. Made no sense since the app had originally charged us us the extra $2 for each pan pizza we had ordered. Store rep could not explain how our order came out more than what the app charged even though hand tossed crust is less than the pan crust we had ordered. Ended up canceling the entire order. We were traveling from out of town specifically to get Pizza Hut…very disappointed. Felt like we were being overcharged or ripped off.

Placed our order from the parking lot and was told they would bring it out in less then 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again to remind them we were still waiting. When the pizza was brought out it was cold, dough was old, flat and grease literally shot on my face when I bit into it. We were overcharged $4 on the pizza. Our order was wrong and there was barely any sauce on the wings. We asked if they could put some more sauce on the wings but they said it would be an extra charge. Very disappointing

I am a chill lady, I never do this but I left this store almost in tears I was so upset. MARIA, the manager was the rudest , tackiest food service employee I’ve ever dealt with. We walk up and she’s outside the front door. And everything after that was down hill. Too much to write. Don’t waste your time or money here is all I can suggest and if you like rude dirty and aggressive service , eat here. I will never order anything from this place again:

Ordered online for a pickup scheduled for 1 hour later. They called 25 mins after I placed my order to inform me that no longer sell those styles of pizza. So I order through the employee this time instead of online. Person on the phone was not very helpful with pricing, I wouldn’t say rude but definitely not friendly. I ordered the same amount of food and it went from $40 to $80. Fine, I change the sizes of pizzas and get rid of some of the extras. Still $20 more. I’ll be sticking with dominos going forward. Never had a problem ordering from them and they are SO pleasant to deal with.

Our pizza was over cooked. The crust was so hard and we could not even eat it. It was terrible. Pizza Hut has lost 3 customers over this. We used Curb side pickup, the guy came out 3 times to ask our name, he came out another time to tell us he gave us the wrong price and he needed more money.

I ordered a meal deal (personal pan pizza & a side) and was given a 40 to 50 minute wait time. I was hungry but there aren’t a lot of options in Trinidad for delivery plus it was getting late. After about half an hour I got an update that my order was being delivered by a ‘dasher’ so that it would be delivered earlier. Yay, I thought, being hungry. Well the time for my early delivery passed without any pizza. Then the time I was originally given came and went, still without pizza. After 10 minutes or so trying to get a local human on the phone I got someone at the trinidad pizza hut. I was told that I had to contact Doordash, because the order was sent via doordash. But I didn’t order through doordash, so they have no record of my order. When I tried to explain this to the pizza hut worker in the trinidad store, he hung up on me. I tried calling back for almost an hour. Despite it being an hour before closing, I was unable to get anyone to answer. I will be complaining in person tomorrow.
