This place is huge and newly opened as Pho n Mor (previously by Thai on top the sign was still there). Food is great, bread and combo noodle are all great and normal. Tips precalculated at 18% which is not legal and bit disappointing. Overall the food was good.

We wanted to try new pho restaurant in the area and found this restaurant. It was at the corner of Winco complex but it was spacious inside. The service was good and prompt.
– pho with rare steak & meatball: meatballs were good and meaty. I ordered large and the portion was quite generous. The noodle was perfectly cooked and still had a bit of chew. The broth was savory and not too salty

If you are ever in the Folsom CA area and is wanting some pho or just plain hungry, consider checking out Pho and Mor. They just recently open. Their pho broth and sizes are amazing and perfectly proportional. I also order some spring rolls and they have the best nutty sauce I’ve ever had. If you want something else, there are plenty of other options.

Me and my girlfriend seen on social media that this place opened up and just before shopping at Winco we decided to eat here.
The food in my opinion is authentic and very delicious. I noticed Pho in Folsom can generally be a little watered down, but this place its very rich, smooth, and light. I honestly didn’t need to add seasoning besides chili oil because I like my Pho spicy.
My girlfriend got the grilled pork plate with an egg. She enjoyed it very much and got full from it easily.
Their prices are also very reasonable too. We’re definitely coming back very soon and maybe often. Definitely recommend this place if you’re nearby Winco.

Nice restaurant, decent food, reasonable price, worth a try. Only wish we were allowed to sit at the booth near entrance which are not hardwood. Not sure why those were not available even though we were the only one in the restaurant.

Great news spot with authentic Vietnamese food… and more! Portions are huge, at least for the soup that we had. I had the wonton noodle soup and my girlfriend had the beef and beef meatball pho. Great value. Will be coming back forsure!
