Waited forever in the drive thru behind 1 car. They did give out coupons to everyone without us having to say anything; however, if a business’s way of righting a situation requires you to spend more money first, then they obviously do not care. They just want your money. I did not receive any of the sauces I asked for, nor did they provide napkins. I had to park my car, get out and go get sauce and napkins.

Update 11/2025 – this location has gone completely downhill. It’s a completely new building and everything is updated but the food is absolutely TERRIBLE every single time now. It’s all overcooked, smashed up, flattened, barely any ingredients inside. And it’s clearly an issue with this location because the Taco Bell right down the road in Douglassville is amazing every time. Not sure what’s changed here with the employees but we won’t be back. Such a waste of money.
2023 – Always great service at the drive thru from friendly workers! Unfortunately it can be rare to encounter friendly and happy fast food workers anymore but the people at this Taco Bell are rocking it! Food is always correct too, and is hot and delicious.

Very awesome taco bell that I go to a few times for lunch. Dining room is very clean, food is hot also stuffed plentiful with meat/toppings and the employees are always so welcoming. Thank you for making my lunches enjoyable.

This is the only location where you cannot build your own meal box and considering how low of service quality there is I’m amazed the franchise owner decided to take it away. Now I have literally no justification for going to this Taco Bell ever again. Might as well hit the Wawa or McDonald’s next to it because anything would be better than paying full price at this Taco Bell. Definitely not worth the time or cent to order from here anymore.

I wanted to see how much I could get for $5. Not the boxes though I’ve had them and I didn’t like them. I got 2 rice and bean burritos and cinnamon twists for only $3.19. I expected them to be super thin burritos but they were huge. They have a spiciness to them that’s pretty great and the twists were good.

I’m a door dash driver and it’s hard for to stop for food while I’m dashing. I just dropped off an order at the CVS across the street and saw the Taco Bell. I was not disappointed by my quick detour! I only ordered 2 tacos, but they were packed with flavor and were freshly made. I got in the habit of asking for “extra” hot sauce since the Taco Bells in Reading are stingy with the sauces. Well, the team that is working today got the memo and then some. They filled my bag a quarter of the way with the “extra” sauce I asked for. It was the perfect way to end my day and thank you all for the chuckle. However, had you have blessed me with an extra taco….you would have gotten 5 stars!

Cheesy fiesta potatoes-hard as a stone. Nacho bell grande-given broken chips, as if I got the end of what was left in the bag, crumbs. Meal not appetizing at all. Wait for food in establishment-ridiculous!
