Brand new shop so atmosphere is till being developed. Very good pizza, with a very light and fluffy crust for such a thin base. Cooked to perfection, the cheese was properly melted but the toppings were still tasty and not over cooked. Owner very friendly.

My mate and I came here last night and we were blown away. Easily one of the best pizza experiences we’ve had in Perth. The dough was spot on — light, airy, with that perfect balance of chew and crispness. The toppings tasted incredibly fresh and well thought out, not just thrown together. You can really tell the chefs care about quality.
The service was just as good as the food — friendly, genuine, and attentive without being overbearing. The whole place has a great atmosphere: relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for catching up with friends over a few drinks and some proper pizza.
We left saying we’d definitely be back, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you love authentic pizza done right, this is the place to go.

Used to be a regular but am disappointed in the food since the change in ownership. Ordered delivery and the pizza was ready in record time (3 mins)…I think that’s because it was an old one sitting there and the prosciutto was added on top at the last min when the driver collected. Pizza arrived stone cold and the burrata ball that came with it was dry and crumbly, so it clearly was an old one (best before sticker had dissolved). Very disappointed when I paid nearly $40 for the pizza and couldn’t eat it.

Basilico Pizzeria in Midland, we dine here a lot. It’s always amazing pizza! They have beautiful fresh toppings with pizza’s that are lovingly hand-crafted. It’s true authentic Italian pizza. The wood fired pizzas have a crispy thin delicious crust and are served with fresh, generous and flavoursome toppings.
If you haven’t been to Italy but want Italian pizza, this is the place! We had the Burrata, Mortadella and the Carne. We LOVE Basilico Pizzeria!

I was recommended Basilico from a group of friends, finally was able to go with my partner and 2 friends. We were immediately welcomed and were seated at our table. Pizza makers were busy and the smell was promising. The team at pizza and in the kitchen are italian so that’s undeniably guarantee of genuinely prepared food. We opted for calamari entree’ ( came out marinated – I was hoping it would have been grilled, but I wasn’t disappointed), truffle gnocchi and 2 pizzas (which became 3 in the end – the base is flavoursome and thin, so not super filling, the edges soft and bready to keep the filling in – heaven on a pizza base). We opted for a Sardinian wine (which they had run out of unfortunately) – plan B was a Montepulciano d’ Abbruzzo ( where my father was from), aromatic and married perfectly the earthy flavour of the truffle dishes we ordered. This is definitely one of the best establishments in Perth for pizza and you need to try their food, closest taste to what you could have while in Italy. Grazie Basilico, ci vediamo presto (thanks Basilico, we will see you soon)

Everything feels authentic here from the pizzas to the people, like a little piece of Italy in the heart of Midland. Festoon lights at the entrance create a warm ambience. The sight of the pizza oven is enough to make your mouth water.
