The hot Italian sandwich was actually phenomenal. I asked for ice because their sodas are barely cooler than room temperature, but they do not have ice. The customer service needs to be better. You feel like you are inconveniencing some of the staff.

I work here in the hotel temporarily, and I have to say, Needs Deli and Modern Mercantile has been a staple tradition of mine and my coworkers every single working day of the week. Their food is consistently fresh, unbelievably priced, and very well portioned. No matter what you get from their incredibly varied menu, you will not be disappointed. They are exactly equipped to handle the current rush sizes they get most of the time, so if you find yourself waiting longer than your comfortable, I promise it’s worth it. Their friendly customer service, and willingness to adapt their menu items to your exact cravings will leave you fulfilled and wishing they were opened later and on weekends.
