if I was able to put 0 stars I would. You are not greeted when you walk in, then there was no line but yet I waited 7 mins to order a coffee as employee after employee walked by ignoring the register. they reason I was acknowledged was because an employee needed to clock out. She took my order a second then began making coffees that were backed up. finally she left but repeatedmenrioned the orders waiting. it was another 10 min before they filed my one little coffee order. Dunkin has one thing in common. Horrible customer service.

The final steps in making a simple caramel macchiato is to add the coffee to the mixed ingredients already in the cup. So if one were to mix the ingredients after adding the last ingredient (coffee) then the drink would be made improperly, as noted in today’s purchase this morning at 8:45am. Mishell may not be the culprit in today’s incident, but nonetheless, Mishell’s name is on the ticket. In the future, please make the coffee the way it was intended to be made.

ZERO STARS! I will be calling Corporate today! Horrible service and always slow! Ordered a dozen donuts and box of Joe for my staff for Valentines Day. They didn’t have hardly any donuts available and were not even in the process of trying to make more. They also didn’t have a box for the box of Joe. After already waiting 15-20mins, the solution was to put coffee in five large cups and put those in a 4 cup holder. 3 kind gentleman customers assisted me to my car. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and the entire cup holder spilt all over my car, my expensive purse, and my laptop.

All of these Dunkin’s are horrible, not one of them in Vero have a single friendly person working at them! They are all extremely rude and should not be in customer service, furthermore the nasty attitudes you get constantly is very unprofessional and they won’t why they have no business?! Clean house!

Worst Dunkies I’ve ever been to. Straight embarrassment to DAH NAME. I asked for my food to be cooked extra….. and it CAME OUT STILL FROZEN. We work hard for our money, we should AT LEAST ENJOY THE THINGS WE SPEND OUR MONEY ON. Don’t recommend delivery from this location ⚠️.
Recently ordered through Uber eats:
Dozen donuts
Assorted donut holes
Sausage/egg sandwich
Frozen drink
What I received was:
Frozen drink
Some iced pineapple drink (order was 3001 not 3007)
Sausage/egg sandwich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I discussed the issue with the delivery driver and then called the Dunkin’ location.. Let me tell you… Real quick to blame “third party” and I need to take up the issue with them, and then challenge me that I am contacting the right location.
Because the phone number I called attached to the sealed Dunkin’ Bag with my name and order receipt on the outside is the fault of the delivery driver… I tried explaining they (Dunkin’) mixed the order (within the sealed bag) so they could fix the other order 3001 but she wasn’t hearing it. I will never order online from here again, I wasn’t upset until that phone call ended.
I found it comedic I get donuts for delivery and get anything but that (until I spoke to the female at this location)… Imagine the look on my wife and kids faces when the only food we received was my sandwich…. ☠️
The 1 star that should be zero can represent the sandwich, it was perfect. Neither liked the strawberry frozen drink because it wasn’t sweet (bad batch of strawberries?) And no one liked the “free” pineapple drink
