I happened to go to this Chick Fil A two times: once last night and once this morning… two different experiences. Last night, I placed a mobile order and the service was fast and friendly. The worker who served me last night was very kind and even offered something for my dog. He is an above and beyond employee to keep it brief.
My trip this morning was a different experience. I placed a mobile order, it took a long time, and the employee who serviced me was not smiling and didn’t acknowledge my dog ( I dont always have my dog with me. It just happened to be the case in these scenarios). I get home with my mobile order and the display was not appetizing.
My recommendation: dont go here for breakfast but dinner time was good (in my experience).

The best staff one could ask for. I didn’t catch the young lady that helped me and my mother tonight around 8:30 but she was absolutely amazing.
We ended up getting 2 free drinks because a customer had left without them and the Manager was even nice and let me and my mother take the drinks.
Please remember to respect the people who are handing your food, because they are human and are only doing that job to make sure you have a great experience

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich through the drive-thru but received a crispy chicken sandwich instead. This was disappointing, especially since I specifically chose grilled.
I understand mistakes can happen, but order accuracy is important — particularly in drive-thru service where customers don’t always check the bag before leaving. I hope the team pays more attention to orders to avoid similar issues in the future.

This place has become one of my favorite places in a few minutes because it’s so nice in here and the guy Alex who attended us was so nice and polite. It was the best treat I got in a long time. He has so much potential. It’s amazing how a fast food spot can become such a better place to visit than a fancy restaurant. I truly recommend this place to have a good meal with your loved ones. Also I love the milkshakes here, they are so good.

Ordered a catering order for 12:15 pickup.
Everytime at any other store I go straight to pickup and someone asks. Stood there waiting. 20 minutes late and they are just not putting it together. Will end up being late to my meeting.
Should probably restructure pickup area since this location is the only one that’s told me I have to go to the register first?

Delivery was for 10:16 and the time changed to 10:45. Called, Tyler answered to say it was going to leave 5 minutes later….. 35 min later, no update. Called again…. Tyler answered again. Drivers are coming in 10 min to pick it up. It was supposed to get here 1 hour before I leave for work. I had enough time to have slight delay.But for 1 hour delay for breakfast food I ordered at 9:46? Mind you it has been sitting there till 1050 when I told him to cancel.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out after leaving that I wasn’t given a receipt and my salad came with no fork. I had to drive all the way back, and when I did, the staff brushed it off like it was no big deal. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service, but this visit completely missed the mark.

I was very impressed with this chick fil a! I had my first mishap with a delivery ordered being placed at the wrong door and I called the store. I was met with respect, understanding and an immediate resolution to replace the meal! Excellent customer service!
