Worst experience ever. Order to go for a pick up time 5:45 (20 minutes). I get there at 5:45, order says ready. I’m told it’s not ready yet and they were waiting for a kids Mac and cheese. 20 minutes later I’m told it’s almost done. I finally get it, Mac and cheese is warm, but the rest of the order is cold. The only saving grace was Abby at the front counter. She apologized as she handed me my food. Would have liked to been comped for the meal but oh well, such is life. If you are ordering and expecting “faster” food, I’d just go somewhere else.

Chipotle lobby was closed so I decided to try something new. Went to noodles and. company. Felt like what I had was processed food. Nothing fresh or special about it! Again, this was my first experience at this chain. And I probably wouldn’t go back.. Try the special that the recommended. It doesn’t look anything like the picture and didn’t taste the best either.

Just purchased dinner for my family from this location. When I got home, I opened up my pot stickers only to find that it looks someone ate half of one and put it back in the box… Pretty gross. Never had any issue before this. Also never thought I’d have this happen in real life.

Food was cold but the woman upfront REEKED of menthol Newport cigarettes and had a very old and dirty looking uniform. It was very off putting because her smell filled up the lobby. It goes to show to the cleanliness of people working at this establishment. I was uncomfortable to even approach her but when I asked for an extra bowl she said “no i can’t give you that” and when I asked for a Togo container I was handed a bowl.

One of the best locations I’ve been to. Staff are great! Tayvis is the BEST! Give that man a raise! Food was great too. I’m just so used to customer service being sub par at most places when close to close but this location was amazing. Highly recommended!

Consistently bad location, extremely long wait times even if you order online well in advance. Quality of the food is also poor, paid $1.25 for extra sauce and pasta was almost dry, and they didn’t put the shredded cheese on my mac and cheese, just a very light amount of cheese sauce on the bottom. Every other location BESIDES this one in the area is great, always fast, fresh, and great food quality. Too bad

Ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad and was disappointed to see BROWN Avocado. Please just leave it out next time, that’s not only unpleasant to the eye but disgusting. Would you eat that? Why were there olives in my salad?? That’s not in the description, if it was, I would have asked to leave them out. I HATE olives!

Order was wrong and had to be tossed due to them not following my customization requests. Have tomato allergy and they included tomatoes instead of the requested broccoli. Pasta was overcooked and extra shrimp was not provided. This location is hit or miss, but I can’t take a chance anymore. Throwing too much food away.
