Tried to get some food at the drive thru tonight, pulled up and began my order once they were ready. I asked for a chicken sandwich and was interrupted by the worker “we don’t have chicken sandwiches or nuggets only white meat”. So….chicken? I tried to be nice and asked “so can I get a sandwich with ‘white meat’”? Whatever the hell the difference is. The worker got VERY defensive and snapped, saying “I told you we don’t have sandwiches”. I’m so sorry KFC worker, it was bold of me to assume I could go to a KFC and order chicken. Don’t worry, will not return to inconvenience you.

You order food here and you wait 20 minutes on it. You order and item that’s out and they won’t tell you until you’be already paid that there is a 10 minute wait. If I’m on my 30 min lunch break why would I want to wait additional time. Wedges are a hot new item. Why aren’t they available and ready to go like all other items? Why would I have to wait additional time?? And that’s EVERY time you come. They are slow because people passed the word to stop coming there.

My wife ordered nuggets and fries, but we were given wings and potato wedges instead. Mistakes happen, and to their credit, the staff quickly fixed the order and got us the right food. My concern, however, is what happened to the incorrect order. Instead of asking if I’d like to keep the wings and wedges, or even setting them aside for staff to enjoy, they threw it straight into the trash. That kind of food waste is frustrating and unnecessary. I really think this policy needs to change.

When I pulled up I am immediately greeted with a “You know what you want?” At first thought the young lady was talking to someone so waited. Then again she said it. Comes across so rude…reversed so fast and left. Somebody needs a training in CUSTOMER SERVICE 101! I have worked many customer facing jobs and have never even had the audacity to start off the conversation like that. At least say HELLO!

Mediocre Taco Bell experience. My cheesy gordita crunch had a stale hard shell. The tortilla for my shredded chicken mini quesadilla was not regulation size therefore resulting in an excessive tortilla to cheese and chicken ratio. The Doritos locos taco Supremes on the other hand were stellar! Packed full of “Mexican” goodness in every bite! We did have to park at the front of the restaurant to wait for our order which took approximately 7 minutes and 3 seconds to be delivered. Not the fastest food or the best but mediocre.

I came Up after work and the manager was very rude and did not want to accept The feedback She kept asking me what did I want that I want free food and I said no I want you to accept the feedback without Being rude…. Hostile Due to the fact that I was speaking to another worker and not her she came up and took over the conversation without introducing herself.
