We enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork. The homemade BBQ sauce went well with the meats. Beans and potato salad were great.

We came for breakfast tacos. Let me recommend “The Kitchen taco” its more like a burrito! It has all the yummy goodness you could want – bacon, barbacoa, bean, cheese, eggs, chorizo and potato. We asked for ‘hot’ sauce. It has a great heat to it since its made from habaneros. Their standard sauce has zero heat so order accordingly. Service was friendly. Love this place

Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. The brisket was very dry and with no flavor. The jalopena sausage was good. The ribs were tender but without taste. The sides were decent. The bbq sauce was not as good as the brisket. They did have an alternative for the sauce, they had a thinned out Baby Ray’s sauce in the Baby rays plastic bottle. This wasn’t the worst bbq I’ve had, but the reviews aren’t what I would expect.

Great small family run restaurant. I remember when there were more Bbq places like this…. They have their own bbq sauce recipe that is great for dipping … EVERYTHING! We get chopped beef and sliced brisket with a side and drink. Breakfast tacos/burritos are muy tasty too!

Real beef taste, roasted pepper sauce, german sausage tacos. This place is solid and worthy as the firefighters breakfasting here. Its a country 5 star place in a tourist town. I absolutely will come again.

For more than a decade, this eatery has been open and serving food on Thanksgiving Day.
The man at the cash register greeted us with a huge smile.
Turkey with all the fixings plus dessert $20.
Turkey and ham with all the fixings plus dessert $23.
They were also serving chopped brisket and pulled pork.
I’d get the brisket and ham again.
A line out the door at lunchtime.

What a pleasant surprise! On our way home from Mason we stopped in here. It’s actually a bbq place but it happened to be Fish Friday and they did not disappoint. The catfish was fried to perfection, slaw was creamy and the fries looked handcut. So very good.

Service was fast and friendly, brisket was moist and almost melt in mouth, ribs were good ( not a fan of spicemix but thats a personal choice ) jalapeno sausage was very good and i should have gotten a full link vs half, the half chicken was delicious. We had bbq sauce on side and it tasted good. We enjoyed and wold visit again.

Stopped in on a whim. Just needed some lunch. I would say the brisket is very moist but greasy. We had the taco and the sandwich. It was good but not Texas BBQ good. I asked for some sweet BBQ sauce. The girl there gave me a bottle of sweet baby rays sauce. After putting it on my food. I realized it was a little runny. After taking a few bites. I realized what they done. They thinned the sweet baby rays with vinegar. I am not a fan of being miss led when it comes to my BBQ or sauce. The other reason I was not a fan was that this place needed some repairs. Bathroom door would not lock. Floors were kind of dirty. Please do your part to be a true business owner and your business will be good. This is a honest review!
