Order a large pizza, cheese bread sticks and a 2L for delivery. They forgot my bread sticks and when I opened my pizza it was cut horribly and looked like whoever delivered it carried it sideways. When called to ask about my breadsticks I was put on hold for 15 mins so I called back and no one answered for an hour. When they did answer I asked for my money back and gave them the 2L and pizza and got my refund.

Two liter forgotten again. Phoned 3x since 430 “on its way” In the past informed credit would be received for it, no credit received, I was charged.
Honesty sometimes causes conflict but if you aren’t going to deliver the product, provide a refund because of lack of delivery, you should be direct and say so.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The food is good. Delivery, meh. Tonight my order included a 2 liter of Pepsi, the driver said he’d be back within 20-30 minutes because he forgot it. I have tried calling the store but the calls all go to some sort of call center. Earlier they said they would send a message to the store, I called again, they said there was no way to contact the store. I just wish the delivery driver would’ve said I am not coming back. The end.
I have noticed that they will have you sign receipts ONLY if you tip under 15% on the card. If you hand them cash before you take the pizza, their pen and receipt go immediately into their pocket. In short, they don’t need a signature from you but for reasons such as tonight… I recommend against tipping in advance.

I have never had a good experience at this pizza hut. I normally love pizza hut but this store makes a bad name for the franchise. In the past I’ve had orders with over proofed dough,sporadic toppings, and badly cut pizza. Today I called in an order while driving home and the person who answered was unusually rude. She sighed with exasperation when I mentioned I was calling to order carry out, as she modify walked to a computer to take my order she said “most of our customers order online” in a drained monotone. To me, that is an extraordinarily rude statement and way to treat the customers of your business. Each time I think I am ready to try pizza hut again they prove my cynical expectations correct. (No offense to other stores, im sure they are fine, but east saint pat is a curse word in my house.)

Our driver was hands down the most respectful driver we have ever had from any pizza place. Mitchell saw me struggling to grab the order because I’m an older man and did what he could to help me then he talked to me about some of his life before he told me he had to go. Hands down the best service from a food delivery person I’ve ever had and then the pizza was great my wife had a pasta and it was perfect no complaints from us, highly recommended delivery from this place.

Service was terrible. The website told me my order was ready, and then when I get there, the TV says my order is ready, but I ended up waiting an hour for my order to be ready. They weren’t short staffed, just terrible at their job. There were complaints coming in the whole time I was there. The staff left completed orders, including mine, in the heater and never told me or the customers who were waiting. As a result, the pizza was dried out. This place use to be pretty good, I’m not sure what happened. I’ll never go back.

Spent $40 on pizza only to get home and realize all the cheese had slid off 2 pizzas, the toppings weren’t right on 1 pizza (supposed to be pepperoni and cupped pepperoni and there was exactly 1 piece of cupped pepperoni on it). The breadsticks were stale and cold and there was barely any sauce in the wings. I really don’t understand how an order can be messed up so badly unless it’s on purpose.
