Walking into Ferment & Fire the air was light and everyone was smiling. This in itself was a breath of fresh air. I tried two appetizers this time and I was impressed by the quality and quantity for the price. The fact that the management team offered tours of their brewery was awesome! I enclosed pictures of a few of some amazing staff. The manager Alec, server Sydney and owner/brewmaster Kyle really complete an amazing visit. I can’t wait to try the pizza and salad with homemade dressings on Wednesday, they also sell their dressings upon request, I’m going to get the honey mustard! Locally owned place, it’s a wonderful way to support your community and fill your bellys with the best beers and tantalizing food in Central Point. I suggest you give them a whirl if you want some joy in your life!

What a great place. Owned by 4 incredible guys who are beyond passionate about what they do! Locally owned, great for families, delicious food, something for everybody. Pizza, salads, apps & desserts are really delicious. Staff go out of their way to take care of your needs. Community-focused with specials for Crater High School, fun custom coloring to keep the kiddos happy, pumpkin painting in the fall, trivia night every Tuesday, and they gathered toys for foster kids during the holidays! And we haven’t talked about the passion for the beer, all brewed in-house — it’s very special and a fabulous addition to Central Point. We go every chance we can, and I love having business meetings there as well. Definitely a memory-making place on many levels. Love it! Oh, and you can DoorDash now as well… (insert happy face) If you haven’t been there yet, treat yourself soon. So much fun to watch a game and relax…

A newer space here in Central Point. Everything was nice and new and it seems well maintained so far. Also a family space as well. Pizza is their main item, but they have a few other options, mostly salads and appetizers. We ordered a pizza and appetizers, and both were phenomenal and a good portion to share between a few people. Not a large portion of anything, but it was moderate for everyone to share between three men. Service was great; everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face and understood the menu. I would definitely recommend going here if you haven’t had a chance to try out this new local spot in Central Point.

New to the valley, Ferment & Fire has been the talk of the town for a minute now. Being a pizza & hot wing lover I was very much looking forward to this visit.
I went with classic pepperoni & and an order of hot wings. The pizza was very good, the crust is a very nice surprise & an excellent combo of extra crispy & chewy. Very much enjoyed making it to the crust!
The wings were also good. I prefer a tad crisper but the flavor was solid. I will be back.

What a gem! Drove up from the California Bay Area to pick something up near the brewery and stopped in for lunch before heading back. I tried their hazy and imperial and both were great. Ended up with the imperial and a meat lovers pizza. The pizza was very good. Different crust than elsewhere and that is a good thing. The couple sitting next to me at the bar had the white pizza and they really liked it. Had a nice chat with one of the owners, Kyle, great guy. I wish they were nearer to me, I’d be a regular….

I was so fired up to finally try this pizza place. The Pilsner was tasty. I’d seen the pizza is a lot of crust (not a lot of toppings) but the crust is good – so okay. It was cooked just right which is a big deal. I got the spicy honey pizza and I thought it was pretty good. My friend told me to try the garlic knots, I love garlic and bread.
We arrived when the doors opened so we got the knots going. They took quite a while to arrive which didn’t bother me/us. While we were waiting for the pre-meal the food server came up again and wanted to know if we’d decided on pizza. We ordered two pies and they came immediately so we barely got started on the knots and they served the pizza? Hmmm
I had to track her down for silverware, I asked for a setup (I used to work in restaurants) and she gave us each a fork. So I needed a knife to cut through the knots. The other lady gave me one knife, so weird. The food server, I think, checked on us once maybe? Finally, we got the bill which took a long time. To her credit she asked if we wanted boxes. I typically tip 25% but only tipped 20% which seemed generous considering the lack of service. I don’t need to be hung over but it wasn’t that busy and I was really underwhelmed. She was very nice just not efficient.
The bathroom was spotless! The restaurant appeared very clean. I’ll probably try it again, I just expected better I guess. I am sure they’ll do just great, they’re always busy. But they were not busy today, early on a freezing foggy Saturday morning.

One of my favorite places to go with my friend for pizza and margaritas. The pizza is so good! We sit at the bar and Katie is the best bartender/server. She is so sweet and friendly and always has a smile on her face.

We visited a couple days ago and had a great time. The service was top notch. She was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered several different pizzas. All were great. Very delicious. The crust is amazing. My favorite was the hot honey pepperoni. We also ordered wings and meatballs. They were fantastic. Great selection of beer and liquor. Only thing that would be nice would be a Non-Alcoholic beer option, but that’s a minor thing. Overall experience was wonderful. I can’t wait to be back to southern Oregon so I can visit this place again.

Met with the family here for a sunny afternoon after a full day of shopping! We also had the opportunity to learn about it from meeting Tim and Erick in Brookings Oregon. Great location and the atmosphere and customer service was top notch from start to finish. Pizza oh don’t get me started – being a little bit of a pizza and beer snob I can honestly say the pizza was flavorful, crust delightful – some of the best pizza I have had. We had the hot honey pepperoni and the white – both were delicious. Great beers as well – I really enjoyed the chili pepper beer. They have a nice selection of beer and wine which makes it nice for all. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for that afternoon meet up or bring the family – got to watch a little corn hole tournament between friends – the guy in the sling was killing it. Great experience and we will definitely be back again.

The customer service was wonderful as was the food! The gluten free pizzas were a great size as they are usually smaller at other restaurants. Would definitely go again!
