The food is delicious. You are served by multiple people as they pass, asking about drink refills, taking plates, etc but all very nice individuals. It is a sports-oriented place, so if you aren’t into loud places, I do not recommend here for you. It is bustling with noise and sports always going, but that was nice for me.

Pretty good as far as sports bars go. There’s slot machines in the back for some reason. Restrooms are clean and stocked. Waitress didn’t take my order very quickly but the food arrived fast afterwards. Salad was very good (pictured; ordered without cheese). I ordered a Knuckle Sandwich which was a little dry but still good. Pint of beer also pictured, usual taps. Loads of neon signs and TVs around the place as well as a small outdoor area.

There were quite a few people, it was a bit noisy even though the music wasn’t playing loudly, the waitress served me a few minutes after I sat down, and the quality of what I ordered was good.

Onion rings were great, BBQ sauce is very good. Make sure the waitress gets you desired doneness of your beef correct, asked for med. rare, got med well.

Great place to watch a game!! Lots of flat screens and plenty of seating. Great atmosphere. The ladies tending the bar were very accommodating. We had a fun time even though our team lost.

We eat here every visit to the Black Hills. My wife absolutely devours the “stadium beef tips” – always excellent. The recipe is exactly prepared like the beef tips served at The Rancher in St. Onge back in the 60s and 70s. Stadium has kept this tasty true to tradition. The Spearfish location is a typical sports bar atmosphere, yet the beef tips are world class steak house quality. Well done!
