I would give a zero star if I could. Don’t bother ordering online, I did with a 12 hour notice, got confirmation that my pizzas were being made and also a message saying they were ready. when i arrived, they have not even started making them! I had to wait over 20 minutes and then they only had one to give me as they gave my other one to another customer. They wanted me to wait longer for them to cook another, I said no just make it and deliver it to me. They replied, we will and it will be right away. 4 hours later (seriously, not a joke or exaggeration) they delivered my pizza Totally incompetent people working here poor poor customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two pizzas from the Domino’s on 3416 West Palmetto Street in Florence, SC, and apparently “pizza” now means bare dough with two lonely pieces of cheese struggling for their lives. I’ve seen kindergarten lunchables with better toppings.
I took the so-called pizza back to the store, expecting at least basic customer service. Instead, the manager refused to refund my delivery fee—as if they actually delivered something worth paying for. And then there’s Gabby, who informed me she was “a manager.” Manager of what? Because based on that level of customer service, I’m guessing security guard manager at best.
This location is a prime example of how not to run a business. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible attitude. Save your money, your time, and your appetite.

Honestly, the worst Pizza experience I’ve had in two years since moving to Florence. Food was nearly an hour late, managers were unprofessional and inexperienced. Driver was flat out rude and quite frankly the pizza was disgusting.

I ordered 2 pizzas (delivery) and one of them was completely wrong. Called to let them know that I received a completely wrong pizza and was told by the manager there was nothing they could do unless I bring the wrong pizza in…I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. She just kept repeating “it’s company policy there’s nothing I can do for you if you don’t bring it in”. Very very rude. I continued to plead my case that I paid for something and did not receive it but yet I’m being forced to come to you all. She eventually said my phone number would secure me a free pizza next time I place an order online…I tried to test what she was telling me after our conversation and what do ya know…she was lying. These people are the worst, customer service is common sense and if you lack one you lack the other. Decent humans don’t exist anymore.

Do they even read the instructions? I have ordered thin and always ask for pie cut and that hardly ever happens. Today I asked for a different style and I did not want that junk on the crust but it was. I asked for extra bacon. If it was extra I would hate to see the regular.

I placed a delivery order and was so worried the driver would have issues with finding me as I’m a truck driver. Gregory did amazing and followed my special instructions perfectly. The food was delicious as well and delivered HOT! Yummy.

Wow! In This place, the whole crew was amazing. Coming in the Hwy having no idea of the area and how far was from the road, we called and within 10-15minutes our pizzas were ready. Super friendly personnel, hot pizza and very understating about the clean cut for our pizza. Good job everyone!
