went today in the afternoon. ordered a croissant swirl, unwarmed, and got a chocolate chip cookie, warmed. got a dubai matcha and a regular matcha with cold foam. neither matcha was mixed, but more specifically the dubai. the cold foam was insanely runny, and the syrup was not mixed in whatsoever. disgusting, couldnt finish it. so upset it ruined our starbucks run.

I enjoy going to the Starbucks in Athol because it’s a great place to study and relax with a cup of coffee. In the summer, I also love sitting on the patio with my puppy(and of course with a puppuccino), and the drinks are always good. One barista, Daniella, is especially wonderful. Even during stressful and overwhelming times, I’ve never seen her frown or act moody toward customers. She is always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful. I really respect her patience and professionalism! 😀

Pink drinks both tasted like cough syrup. Neither my daughter nor myself were able to drink our beverages after only taking a sip. We both have had them before and know that’s not how they’re supposed to taste. Would’ve gladly brought them back into the store but neither of us tried them until after driving a half hour home. Overall, very disappointed the only thing keeping the store from a one star was the friendly staff.

This location is notorious for not filling my drink. I get every excuse in the book and this time it was “the can it comes in is only 12 ounces and then when it get blended it shrinks.” This drink was nearly 7$ and new to their menus so I’d think they would take extra care to make sure the drink is done right if it’s going to be their summer promo drink.
I can’t recommend this location anymore because of how often my drinks have over an inch less of product. I’ve also been told that “the company won’t let them fill it up” which I find really odd. I know Starbucks wants their money but not filling a drink up deliberately seems a bit strange.

This is usually my favorite starbucks, but I’ve noticed a weird pattern when I order in the evenings…. if I order in person, my drink is made great and exactly what I expected. If I order on the app, my drink will be the wrong flavor or size. It’s almost a bit comical and I even made a joke last night that I wonder what it would look like this time. Firstly, I went in 10 minutes after order to an empty restaurant and my order wasn’t on the counter. I asked someone about it and they had to ask around to find my drink? It was mistakingly placed at the drive through, and she handed it to me and I had to ask about the rest of the order (cake pops) and they again had to ask around, recall on a screen, and them grabbed 2 random ones! And then in the car I opened my latte to find it a third empty! I don’t order cappuccino because I don’t want all foam… what happened here?? What’s going on at this place??

Fast service even when busy, but you can’t tell that by the customers sometime. Staff working hard and expediently on many orders as they come in, but sometimes the rudist customers complain on a wait that should have been considered with 14 people in front of you and off course a busy drive this and mobile orders to be done. Good location and good product. Congratulations to the staff for a job well done.

Alright, for some reason there is a very loud noise while trying to order at the counter. I think it’s meant to isolate sound for some reason but it’s very unpleasant.
On the upside the staff was able to answer my questions about size, portion, flavor, and general ingredient inclusions so that I could order the drink I needed.

I cannot say enough good things about the morning crew. They’re always happy and they always *always* make my drink right. That being said, I went in the evening and the crew honestly looked a little miserable and they made my drink wrong. Light ice doesn’t mean 3 scoops of ice. The only reason I’m keeping it 5 stars is because of the morning crew, they’re that wonderful
