Avoid this Subway and drive a few miles to the one in Loganville. If you do decide to try the Monroe location, check all to-go orders before you leave. They don’t toast; they are very stingy with toppings; they do not give any on-the-side toppings — not even an extra slice of tomato; they do give you the extra meat for which you pay additional; and they DO NOT honor coupons or deals that Subway advertises on the site. All of this is very disappointing because the location is convenient.

Ordered food through the app to have delivered and it was made incorrectly. I reached out to the store and was told I would have to come in to the store or have someone pick it up. I explained I didn’t have a way to pick it up and didn’t have anyone who could pick it up for me. I asked for a refund and the person speaking with me would not help at all. He just kept repeating to me that I would need to pick up a remake or have someone pick it up. Completely unhelpful. Do not order from the app! He refused to refund my money.

We’ve tried to go to this location three times now. Each time we have issues with how they make the salad we order. My husband orders a protein bowl at numerous other subway restaurants and it always comes with the same quantity of food as a foot long sub. This location seems to think the amounts are less and wants to argue over that. The salad we order costs $12.87… you can get a whole salad bar at Ruby Tuesday for that. We don’t mind paying the price if we get what we’ve paid for. Better training on both proper standards and customer service is needed.

Disgusting. Vegetables were old, freezer burned and definitely wouldn’t have passed a health code inspection. I had 3 men trying to help me make 3 sandwiches all at once. They talked over one another to get them all done at once. It was stressful and they kept questioning the veggie sub I was asking for. After finishing they starred at me and my family for the next 10 mins. The only decent part was that the only woman there was nice and professional. She tried to get one of the men to help me to my table. He just shoved the tray at me. Zero stars. Gross. Don’t do it.

Subway is one of my favorite fast food chains and I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of their restaurants. From start to finish, my experience was excellent.
Firstly, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and patiently walked me through the menu, making sure I knew all the available options. The restaurant was also very clean and well-organized, with all the ingredients clearly labeled and easy to access.
As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T sandwich and it was prepared quickly and expertly. The bread was fresh and soft, the meats and vegetables were all fresh and flavorful, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly.
What I appreciated most about my experience at Subway was the customization options available. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted on my sandwich, from the type of bread to the specific toppings and sauces. It really made the meal feel personal and tailored to my tastes.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Subway and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and customizable fast food meal. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was excellent. 5/5 stars!

This is the worst Subway ever, hands down. To start off, it looks terrible inside with stacked furniture out in the lobby and the food line looks gross. The man at the counter was extremely rude and kept making sarcastic remarks the entire time. There’s signs up that they refuse to honor Subway coupons and deals. He didn’t even offer to toast my sub like every other Subway, so I forgot until I went to eat my sub and it was cold and soggy. My sub even had a piece of plastic string in it that I choked on, so that was fun. When my girlfriend asked for a good amount of pickles, he literally put 3 tiny pickle pieces So when she asked for more, he said it would cost extra. Pickles are not on the menu as an extra cost item, so she asked him why and he said that’s the way it is (even though no other Subways do this). So he said it would cost more, and then only put 3 more pickle slices. Subway’s whole thing is have it your way, didn’t know our subs had to be his way.
So then he picks up the whole container worth and says ohh okay so you want this much then?! She said obviously not Then he was mocking her and pointing at every item on the line asking if she wanted all that too. He wasn’t joking either, he was so extremely rude. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous, and I think he’s the manager too. Don’t spend your money here and let them close down so we can get a restaurant in there that isn’t run by a misogynist jerk.

Just terrible. Lettuce was completely brown as if its been sitting in the table for over a week. All the vegetables were dried out. Half the meat stunk. And when asked why the lettuce was so brown they refused yo give an answer or even offer to replace with fresh. Definitely will bot be going back. Thats food poisoning at its finest. The food has COVID for sure

The customer service is the worst part of this review, the main guy that is always in there treats all his customers like trash. The man is sexist towards women and will ignore anything you question him about. They even skimp out on everything they put on the sandwiches. This is the WORST subway I have ever been too.

The workers (owners?) are SUPER rude. Ask them a simple question and they will reply with total sass. It is better to spend your time driving 15 minutes down the road to a different subway, or even jersey mikes right next to Walmart.
