Just had the best meal at CAVA and I’m honestly obsessed. The ingredients tasted so fresh and flavorful, and everything was perfectly seasoned. I built my own bowl with tons of toppings and every single bite was amazing. The hummus was super creamy, the veggies were crisp, and the portion size was great for the price. The staff was also really friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. If you love Mediterranean food or healthy bowls, you have to try CAVA. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

The food and the workers were awesome. They were very patient with us and explained how the restaurant works. The only thing I didn’t get told was the lamb meatballs were an upcharge and how much an upcharge it was for that and an avacado…. 2.50 each…. But that didn’t ruin my experience. The thing that stunk the most was how nasty the seats are. The table are stick and the benches are sticky. I’ve started seeing this with restaurants lately that whatever finish they are putting on the tables is not holding up. It’s pretty disgusting…. Also, none of the tables were wiped down. They had rice on them and such too. But yeah, i would probably go here again but maybe get the food togo.

really good food at cava. everything tasted super fresh and the flavors were actually really good together. i got a bowl and loaded it up with different toppings and it was honestly perfect. the hummus was great and the portions were solid. staff was nice and the place had a good chill vibe. definitely one of those spots i’d go back to.

I love cava, I eat here atleast once a week & this is by far my favorite location! The staff is very friendly & they always acknowledge that they remember me every time. I went in one day when it was slow & I having a rough morning – the ladies up front (Jessica & Lana) chatted with me a bit and sang me a goofy little song they came up with while doing a little dance. It was hilarious, & it made my day 100x brighter! The food is always so fresh & the portion sizes are generous – 1 bowl always lasts me 2 meals. The lavender tea has me whipped! Overall, this is a great restaurant all around- atmosphere, hospitality, & food quality!

I had a great all-around experience at CAVA Woodstock and Town Lake! The store was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was hardly any wait in line. My order was made perfectly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Definitely one of the best CAVA locations I’ve visited!

The Woodstock Towne Lake CAVA is my favorite location because of the great service and food. I usually go for lunch but have also gone at dinner and the food is consistently delicious!!! I have to say my favorite thing about this location is the staff though. When I walk in I am greeted with smiles and have been made to feel welcomed by the staff especially Lana (hope I got the name right). She was recently promoted to manager on day shift and I believe she has a great future there. The older female executive chef has also greeted me with smiles and made sure my experience there was great. The craving for Mediterranean food is what first brought me there but the wonderful, caring service is what brings me back again and again. Thank you CAVA for employing a great staff and BIG Kudos to the general manager there!

I visited CAVA for the very first time today, and I was blown away by both the food and the service. I let the team know it was my first visit and that I wasn’t familiar with how everything worked, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming.
They took the time to explain everything, encouraged me to try different options, and even let me sample several items — all while making sure I stayed within the regular cost. Every single thing I tried was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. The people who waited on me today were attentive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
This was a fantastic first experience, and I’ll definitely be back. Outstanding food and outstanding service — highly recommended

This place is great!! DELICIOUS food for a great price when it comes to the serving you are getting. I went for the first time on lunch and came back the next day too. Can be a bit noisy but that’s a great problem to have for a fast-service spot like this
