I went to Hwy 55 in Pikeville with my husband today. At the end of our meal, I went to wash my hands. Let me tell you, the restroom was the nastiest one I have seen in a very long time. Sadly I didn’t see it before eating or I would have left the restaurant. If their restrooms are that filthy, it makes me wonder how clean it is when my food is being made.

Our server Madison was awesome! Kudos to the kitchen staff for getting our food out quickly.
The restaurant was humid and the bathroom was not well- maintained. There were flies hovering around our table, but that could be understandable due to it being a restaurant and people are coming and going quite frequently.
Our food tasted great and was delivered quickly. If traveling through Pikeville I would not hesitate to eat here again. The food was good and the people were friendly.

They got the music so loud you can’t even talk to one another. The waitress asked the manager could they turn it down. He did nothing. I won’t be listening to their music anymore.

I’m gonna be honest we stopped randomly on our way to Myrtle beach on a random google search. We were not disappointed all the food was delicious and seasoned well. Waitress was extremely nice. I hope we can make our way back through again.

This is by far the worst Hwy 55 in wayne county. The food was nasty and it took an hour to get the food. Will never be back. Not to mention the staff is incredibly rude. 14 dollars for food that wasn’t even worth eating.

Last night I came to hwy 55 at 8pm… they locked the door, I knocked on the door and I’m guessing head cook/ manager that night told me they closed early bc they were out of buns and the truck didn’t come.. so the very next night I came again but sat out in the parking lot lot and called to place the order at 830…. I was then told sorry they were closed with several booths with customers.. so I asked are you out of buns again!? She said no out of hamburger this time.. I asked what about cheese steaks!? Sure replied we’re closed… if the hrs are posted on door and website … what good are they!? I run a business myself and that’s not how you do it!!! Are these kids running it, does the owner know about it!? Terrible!

My husband and I eat here from time to time, always enjoy the food. However, I watched a gentleman at the grill for 10 minutes. This is what I observed: the man on the grill with no gloves picks up numerous RAW chicken and beef portions, reaches into the toppings bins and places those on the grill. He then, with the same hands, grabs bread out of an open bread bag. With that, I feel like I shouldn’t have to say anything else other than food Bourne illnesses kills WAY more people than you think. And getting sick regardless is just not something you want happening to you when coming out to eat. Need I say more?
