Me, my wife and son stopped in to eat at 10:05am on Saturday morning at the in-store Walmart location. The manager came out from the back in sort of disarray. I asked if they were open, he sarcastically grumbled “yes, but I just got my gate open.” I politely asked if he needed a few minutes to finish opening? He said no, but acted like he was doing us a favor by taking our order. I inquired about the two subs for $6.99 each deal that was posted on a sign. I asked if there were any substitutions allowed? He barked back “NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT! What you see is what you get!.” I said “not even extra onions?” He again, arrogantly snapped back “NO,” with the empathy of Drill Sargent screaming at a young recruit. This guy was one of the biggest JERKS I have ever encountered in any business setting. We decided to leave and take our hard earned money elsewhere. This miscreant has NO BUSINESS being involved in ANY CUSTOMER DISCOURSE!!! I will never step foot inside another Subway. I would much rather pay twice the price for someone who has a grasp on what the meaning of customer service truly is.

Very pleasant experience at this location. I go to this location almost every other day and the guy working is always awesome.
Always takes care of my order, makes the best pizza and is the only subway location in the area that actually has pizza. Appreciate all the workers at this location, Bruce makes one killer Pizza that has never disappointed me yet!

The staff is so friendly, mixed my salads exactly I want them. I have no complaints at all.
As of 824 I was in having lunch at the subway there was a very rude, rude lady and her son that was giving Bruce behind the counter a hard time. Bruce was trying to be as courteous to this lady as he could possibly be which he was in my eyes. She comes in just about every week and gives him a hard time which is not right to me. She ought to be 86 from Subway. I just read her complaint about him today, which was not called for I work in retail and it is one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever had and having to put up with customers like that should not be an every day occurrence. So please disregard the ladies complaints the ones today and in the past I do believe she just wants free Subway.

I don’t understand how the extremely rude guy behind the counter wearing the headband Still works there, especially seeing all of the complaints about the same guy on here. He ALWAYS throws a tantrum when my kid orders a pizza which we’ve only ordered a total of 3 times over the past couple years.After he rang me up he threw the receipt and quickly went to the back while talking crap under his breath, i don’t know why he gets so upset having to do his job,he refused to serve my kid one of the times we tried ordering a pizza in the past.I dread ordering from there when I see it’s him behind the counter and if it weren’t for the fact that it would be disappointing my kid’s I would just keep walking.He’s not representing the company well at all,I would be embarrassed to have that guy working for me.

Dude with a headband was being a smart ass to me and my wife because of the lack of explaining on a deal you have going. We were going to just cancel the order and go somewhere else but our son wanted the chips so we just bought it. Do not ever go to this subway. Same guy has complaints months back. When i go here for lunch I always check to see if bruce is there cause I don’t trust anyone else to make my sandwich..cause any of the other workers there always add to much vegetables or just make it completely wrong… But bruce he makes it exactly how I like it.. heck when he sees me coming he’s already making my sandwich exactly how I would order it.. I am never disappointed with anything I get here when he makes it.

I feel bad writing this because I don’t know that the person could help it…..But as I was ordering my sandwich they kept pausing and grimacing in pain, then they were talking and laughed and a chunk of something flew out of their mouth somewhere in the meats and cheeses, they were really sweaty and there was a drop near my sandwich which I don’t know if it was natural condensation or sweat. They seemed awkward and embarrassed by the stomach pains and the sweatiness. While I don’t think they could help those things, and it’s not my intention to be mean…..it also didn’t make for a good sandwich experience for me at all.
I didn’t know what to do, how to appropriately handle that kind of situation, because I know dealing with people all day long is really hard. I didn’t get bad customer service, they were polite and nice to me and tried to interact. But I won’t be able to eat there again.

I’ve ordered from this site several times while on my lunch break and I can count on then to be fast and fresh. But I’ve noticed if the older guy is working my order is always messed up. Today my sandwich was missing the cheese, oil, and vinegar and I asked for extra banana peppers and there was only like three of them on my sandwich my sandwich was really dry and just pretty much just sucked today. And he always gets my chip order wrong
