Great food and service! There was acoustic live music which was an awesome vibe and ambiance without being too loud! We left the dog at home though since we sat outside, we could’ve brought him which was nice! Drinks were creative. For tapas we got butternut squash, pork belly and chorizo stuffed squid. All three were incredible! We also got the duck paella which was delicious as well. The pork belly and paella had some spots of balsamic that felt a little too heavy but didn’t detract from the meal much at all!

Celebrated my birthday dinner here and truly was an exceptional experience. Service was top-notch, and food exceeded expectations. We were able to beat the dinner rush as well but highly recommend making reservations in advance. We had multiple appetizers and a couple glasses of wine.

We found this place on resy and it was not only 4.8 stars but had a very interesting looking menu. We gave it a try, and boy were we not disappointed.

My wife and I are not jet setting restaurantaeurs, but we know a good meal when we have one, and this dinner was just sublime. Jenna our waitress took exceptional care of us from the moment we arrived, and made excellent recommendations and pairings. For a Tapas restaurant, the portions were very generous. The flavor combinations were out of this world, and the order in which our plates were brought out was thoughtful and well-paired. We concluded with the chef’s dessert, which was a chocolate truffle cake with a plantain crust and gelato. Each and every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and delicious.

Give this place a try, you will love it!!

Top-notch food and such a great time. The gambas were easily one of my favorites, and the octopus was charred perfectly while staying incredibly tender. We ended up ordering six different dishes… and somehow finished every single one.

We loved all of the food except the Paella. It was ready in a few minutes which is not traditional and they were skimpy on the rice (cheapest ingredient) also it had no flavor and had egg in it which I thought was strange. The shrimp dish and the pork belly were very good but had a curry taste. The drinks are super expensive $13+ per glass. They have live music outside on Saturday I believe which is nice. Overall I’ll be back when there is a happy hour menu for small bites and cheap wine.

4.5/5 stars for the food. Extra .5 star for the service.

Our waitress is great, she seemed really busy but it was fine.
The food is all great, however personally I’m not a big fan of the crispy pork belly. Reason being that it wasn’t as crispy and I didn’t like the sauce that was on it.
Favorite so far is a tie between the pulpo and the ropa vieja, especially since the waitress gave it such high recommendations.

Puellas seafood is truly one of the best I have tasted in Florida. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the rice at the bottom added a lovely touch. Everything you could wish for in a dish like this was definitely there — a wonderful experience!

Me and my friends didn’t enjoy our time there, no music, just not good vibe I guess… food was okay but very small portions, cocktails not great. I had high expectations.

We had a wonderful experience and some of the best food in St Pete last night! And not to forget excellent service by a knowledgeable and professional Quinten! (Ask for him!). Five of us ordered four different small plates and seafood paella which had generous portions of scallops, shrimp and shellfish. The rice underneath was crunchy and very flavorful! Pulpo is definitely at the top of our “faves” list. We will be back soon! Make a reservation because it was evident that many others feel the same way! The place was packed and very lively.

Great place to have a crispy Sauvey B and some Cuban Garlicky Shrimp with crusty bread. I sat at the outside bar with 2 big TVs with the Sunday game on. Nice attentive bartenders. Grand Central District is a nice place to spend an afternoon. Next stop Lost and Found across the street
