On Monday December 8, 2025 I went to Duncan Donuts located Off of 84th and O St. I purchased a seasoned bacon, egg and cheese croissant. When I got to work, I took a bite of the croissant and it was toasted so dark that it tasted burnt and crumbled to a mess as i bit into it. I was not able to even eat the item. I have a few pictures if you would like to see how dark and dried out it was. I did not receive a receipt, but did get a slip stating:

Got 2 Sprinkle donuts that hardly had any sprinkles. I went back and nicely showed the picture to the assistant manager I was told that’s how they were delivered and I told her she would be upset to receive these as well. I asked if she was a manager she said that Shes a AM and this store does not have a manager. I told her I would post the picture online and file a complaint Then she walked away refused to give me her name and never offered me a refund or new donuts. Really crappy service from someone in charge of running a store

Don’t know who the lady was with her hair up in a bun and glasses was but she was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered a drink not realizing it had whip cream on it and asked them to remake it due to my friend having a dairy allergy. She then yelled at one of the employees telling her to scoop off the whip cream and hand it back out. Which doesn’t do anything since the dairy could still have gotten into the drink

I ordered the sourdough sandwich with two eggs, and received got two strips of bacon plus a single egg on there. I also ordered two drinks, one being a hot drink, and it was cold (lukewarm at best). Workers were nice but did not follow through with the correct order.

Absolute horrible service. Ordered 5 drinks for my company. Was told they cannot fill drinks all the way with no ice but I vould do it myself which they did that for me before. Then filled 2 of the drinks all the way after saying they could not. When I wanted refunded for two of the extra Rockstar I bought due to them filling to of the cups she told me she could not refund me. My company gives them alot of buisness. But not anymore. Absolute awful place for customer service.

My kid likes how they put toys in the corner and how the staff are organized. I liked the food and coffee. We ordered egg and cheese wake up wraps. They were small but tasty.

I love this Dunkin!! They’re always nice and helpful but the lady that complained about her tap pay was rude and disrespectful.their was also a sign that said tap only but I think she didn’t read it, I think she was having a bad day but otherwise the crew members were being so nice!

I ordered at the wrong location and they made it for me anyway. It was very kind. Shoutout to the manager. They made it quick and everyone was welcoming! I hope the manager gets a raise.
