Unfortunately, this location only had one employee working at the time of the visit. He had multiple Uber requests and many other people ordering other sandwiches. I waited at least 30 minutes for my sandwiches. Just not the usual service. Disappointed! I hope they hire more people soon.

Yall need to hire people who speaks Spanish and English all this damn chatter and my food is not ready I ordered at 5 pm it was suppose to be ready at 645 I come by I getnit she busy people in the line she’s not trained to use the register she cant read the screen whats what from an order and she just tells her life story I ordered because I have to work and I been waiting for 30 minutes my food still not ready but I get to listen her life story and be late from work because she doesn’t know how to refund me. Been there twice within two weeks during lunch time, dining area always empty as if nobody eats there . never have the items that’s on the menu, I wanted meatball sub (no meatballs) , sweet onions chicken teriyaki (no chicken and no sweet onion sauce),

Located in shopping center. Extremely limited parking spaces available due to multiple businesses at the shopping center. At times worth ordering ahead, but I’ve had issues that the order isn’t ready or wrong. This visit was good. Manager advised of an in store promotion which was better than the app promoting I was going to use. Always good specials on the Subway App. A few tables available for eating inside. No outdoor seating available. Don’t call ahead for orders since their phone doesn’t work or they don’t pick up.

The most humiliating experience I have had in this store. I tried to make an in-app purchase from subways and it gave me an error, my daughter opened her doorDash app and did it in a minute. A few days later I receive a charge to my bank card of the order that had been wrong in the application. I immediately called the store, no one answered, I called for a whole week thinking someone would answer and my car broke down, I couldn’t go to the store. my husband told me that he would pass, he did it twice and nothing was solved (he has to come and talk to the supervisor). On the subway website they never responded, I sent like 10 and nothing. Today we were finally able to talk to the supervisor and he told me that she would send all the information to her general manager (owner I think). She call with an attitude and humiliating from the beginning. From the start she refused to pay and told me that everyone was responsible except them. To be honest, I ended up wanting to throw up from the headache. I never use the Subways app again. And coming back to this store never, Not even If it had to be the only subway store in my area
