it’s a hit or miss at this location! some days the food is fresh the fries taste good then other days the food is old and cold and the fries are terrible. They are not consistent . Some days the staff is kind and helpful then other days they argue with you because they can’t accept your awards . Don’t give awards if you can’t teach your employees how to redeem them.

I’m a regular here and they never mess up my order. They also gave me 2 frosting when I was with a friend, when I used my free frosty card. Wendys is great and it is probably the cheapest and best fast food around, in this economy.

The egg in my breakfast burrito was so hard and rubbery I wasn’t able to bite through it. And had really gross gray spots on it. I can believe someone would look at the egg and thought “yeah that’s fine for someone to eat”

We stopped here earlier for our breakfast/lunch. An Ai computer generated voice took our order at the speaker. It rung everything up correctly. When we got to the window the employee handed us our food and drinks. My drink was supposed to have no ice and it was filled up with ice. Our fries weren’t fresh. They weren’t even room temperature. They left out the 10 piece nugget that was ordered. My friend had to go back in the inside to receive the 10 piece nuggets. They waited over 5-10 minutes for the employee to grab the missing item. The last time I came here the food was alright so I don’t know what happened. I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon unless I had no other option.

I purchased a burger from here yesterday and the patty was still pink in the middle. Last week, I purchased a sausage egg and cheese muffin and the egg was missing from it. The food was also cold. The service was fast, but there needs to be a focus on food safety and quality.
