There are only one or two customer facing employees that are on point. The rest never offer salt , pepper or ketchup and apparently , it’s no longer customary to put a couple of napkins in your bag. In my opinion too often, do they not make the sandwich right?Whether you ask for no ketchup or extra mail in the like. When you report an incorrect order on the BK app , they will give you a $10 credit on full price items

went in for a breakfast meal. chose the two burritos. cashier offered me drink options so i chose the ice coffee. total came to $7.01 so i asked why when the price on the menu board only costs $5.69 & tax. she tells me that i have to pay an upcharge for the ice coffee which she didn’t bother to tell me when i first chose the ice coffee. then the manager, who could barely be bothered to look up, tells me that it is disclosed. i advised her that it is not disclosed on the menu board and the cashier didn’t bother to tell me until i asked her.

This is my favorite BK location – the customer service is always friendly, upbeat with zero attitude! I stopped in to grab lunch and even though it was a busy time, everyone was moving around like clockwork, working seamlessly together. It’s great to see a well run fast food restaurant as this location is! Great job, team Johnston (Putnam Pike)!

This is the BK that I go to all the time. Todaymy order was taken by Kendra. My order was a little confusing and her patience and friendly personality will certainly insure that I continue to frequent this BK.

Store #1876. They charged my card $15.76 for a double cheeseburger value meal ($4.99). Then refused to refund the money. Dominique the team leader was extremely rude and verbally abusive. Should be zero stars.

Just your average Burger King with lots of parking, a drive thru that’s usually not very busy. Staff are usually very friendly and cordial and with the Burger King App, you can usually find a deal worth the price of the drive.

This place has really gone downhill. Chronic management vacancies make service here an absolute joke,and their insistence on only hiring “ready to go” managers is seriously detrimental to the poor customer service at this location. Give people a chance to prove themselves in the role and your management deficiencies would greatly improve.

Bad Management & Worst Experince !! Don’t visit this Burger King. Go some where else.
Very bad experience through Drive through. Ryan Freitas the lead was very rude and have a bunch of inexperienced staff running the place.was in a hurry to take the order and didn’t even complete. Dropped the order on the floor and the manager saw and was not even bothered. Didn’t apologize when asked came in and greeted “ What’s Up”. Very rude staff and needs training to be polite to customers. Tried to add this to the experince website and it didn’t work. I would not advise any one to go to this place. No operational and no management in this place and didn’t care.
