We placed our order to go here and the employees were polite and professional.. the restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and I was surprised at just how spicy it was.. it’s the first chicken sandwich I’ve ever had that didn’t have mayonnaise on it and it was quite juicy and delicious.. the waffle fries on the other hand were kind of flabby and flavorless which was very disappointing..

The service here is always very nice. The food is always good and they always get my order wrapped except my only complaint is that the drive-through takes forever. I have never sat in the drive-through line for under 25 minutes. A few days ago, I got there at 9:45 and did not get through until 10:30. The staff is great. The food is great but do not go here, especially through the drive-thru, if you’re in a hurry or have somewhere to be. I don’t mean to sound rude or hateful, just wanted to give people a heads up because i was late for work a few weeks ago when i got there with plenty of time.

I went to the Chick-fil-A tonight at 8:45 and ordered a 30 count nugget box with Polynesian sauce – I waited 20 mins inside… there were two other couples there. When I finally got my order I went home, opened the box and all the chicken was burnt and tough to eat. I will never eat at this Chick-Fil-A again. It always takes so long to get the food. This is the first and last time I will pay almost $20.00 for burnt tough chicken. Gross.

I ordered a spicy deluxe meal and the pretzel sandwich. The drive thru rep took my order wrong and instead of canceling and doing it correct, he chose to charge me separately for my spicy deluxe, fries, and drink. That’s not professional

The drive thru workers were backing cars up to the road. I simply suggested to let the cars move up rather than them walking backwards backing it up further. A worker told me rudely that she had it under control, which she did not. Then she brought my food out and said here’s a free gift for your wait. It was a sticker that said COW!!!!! It’s extremely offensive and I will be reaching out to Corporate as that is unacceptable

For some reason when you order a Market Salad w/ Grilled Filet (Warm), this location believes you just want to be a savage and eat the chicken breast whole. Second time I’ve ordered it from this location, second fail. Could be a failure in training or just lazy, who knows. Don’t think I’ll bother again.

Went to get breakfast this morning and we sat at the speaker to order for 10 minutes. Once we ordered we sat in line for 21 minutes. When we finally received our food it was cold. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Since the new owner took over, the experience has declined. The way employees are treated is concerning, and the food quality isn’t what it used to be. Customer service has also become less friendly.

Visited this location for the first time recently. Really enjoyed the experience.
The guy that took our order was super friendly and conversational.
Unfortunately they did bring out the wrong food however it was corrected immediately and they were very apologetic. Looking at other reviews this appears to happen often so it may be worth checking your order before leaving, but we were dining in so no problem.
Food was delicious however I am slightly concerned about their backtracking on no antibiotics in their chicken.
