Wow. Will never go to this Pizza Hut again. My order was for carry out my email said ready at 5:43pm, pizza was actually ready at 5:58pm. I asked for an extra breadstick sauce and was told I’d have to pay for it. So you make me wait 15 extra minutes and can’t give me a sauce! Unreal

I just had a horrible experience with this location. Apparently they only had 2 drivers so they release the orders to Door Dash. I prefer not to use Door Dash, so I was upset when I suddenly got texts 2 minutes after placing my order, from a driver saying they were waiting at the store and were told they had to wait another 15 minutes. Not sure if they’re just trying to save money on drivers or what, but it was a mess. My friend also placed a separate order 10 minutes before me (delivered to the same address) and recieved it 25 minutes after me.

Charging $25 for a pizza that should be $8 is already criminal but the last 2 times I’ve gotten the pizza it’s been burnt with hardly any cheese on it at all. This place used to make good pizzas but they must have hired some complete idiots lately. I won’t be ordering from this place anymore.

Wow! Pay $50 for nothing! No cheese on anything… and trust me don’t pay the $2.25 for extra cheese cause you’ll still get nothing. Good pizza is good cheese. Pizza Hut doesn’t believe in good amounts of cheese anymore. Therefore their pizza is expensive and SUCKS!!! So many…so many better pizza places. Inflation?! more like suckflation. Sad to see my favorite childhood pizza place take MORE money for LESS quality. My last order from this franchise ladies and gentleman. It’s embarrassing to serve this.

Pizza was fine and person working was super nice.
However, this may be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have stepped foot in years. Back cooler glass looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, looked like it hadn’t really been clean/swept in a few weeks, dust (and or flour) on the phones and machines up front. Just overall super gross.

They don’t have real delivery drivers anymore, they contract out to doordash and the pizza arrives cold.

I guess I should had read the reviews prior to order from this location. Pizza is not what I ordered, ordered extra cheese barley any. They now use door dash to deliver, they suck I don’t use them . Pizza was cold and ony1 mile away. I’ll look at other options when I’m in town

Don’t ever get pizza from here. The pizza was severely undercooked. We tried calling and requesting a refund and they gave such a hard time. Very frustrating & disappointing.

At my birthday party, I ordered quite a few pizzas and a large drink through the app. I received one less pizza than I paid for (what the app[and my bank account] says I paid for) and the 2 liter Pepsi was a small bottle. After calling, the staff were kind but unhelpful, and told me there was nothing they could do. I’m still out ~25 dollars for food and drink I never received. This is the closest pizza hut there is to me, but at this point, I think I’d have better luck at another location. Birthday isn’t ruined, but it sure isn’t any better either.
