Prices are high, I know it’s a hotel, but still too high for a hotel. The food was just okay, got the Caesar salad with chicken. Less food than salad and go. The staff was friendly, however.

We were here for both breakfast and lunch. Food is decent – bit too salty. There’s a disconnect between if you request any change to the order and what the kitchen staff follows. Great outdoor sitting place facing the golf course.

If you enjoy golf and waterfalls, like myself the view is amazing. On nice days, they have fabulous outdoor seating and you do not need to be a guest to stay here, plus the parking is free. The food is okay, a little bland, not amazing, but I am a very picky food person. The service is nice, but not fast, which actually gives you time to enjoy the company and the views. About 9 Years ago they had the most amazing waffles, I was saddened to not see this on the menu anymore. Daurice, the host was very polite and accommodating to our table choice and one of my child’s negative attitudes about being handed a kids menu. Huge shout out to him. To the management… from the interior design perspective if the lighting in the ceiling was symmetrical that would look better and the filters in the air vents look like they could be replaced. Additionally, if you could add smoothies to the menu that would be delightful.

We stopped here for a beer as it was so hot outside. It seemed that it was the coolest room around the lobby. It was a little darker than the restaurant… I have to mention that we stopped at the bar room. The beer was great but so expensive…$26 for two craft beers. So be mindful of that . But when it’s hot and you’re thirsty … you don’t realize that lol.

The food and service were good. Had one of my coworkers saying that it was just ok. I came 4 times and were all good, some nights better than others, but it was good all week, flavor, presentation and service is what I ask for. It was great. Def recommend it if you are staying in the hotel. It’s a great addition and they stay a little later than most restaurants and bar in the area.

It was the perfect weather for The Lobby Grill’s outdoor patio! New menu items were highlighted by the server, which were all excellent. Our favorites were the baked Brie with honey and almond, and the artichoke flatbread pizza. Appetizers and one entree were served on a rustic wooden platter, which nicely presented the delicious food. Don’t skip dessert – they’re great for sharing! The cheesecake even came split into two portions. The staff were wonderful, service was excellent, and overall we had a great experience!

Very courteous staff, quick service once you order, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion of the meal, more than I expected, even my kids commented on the portion for the kids menu, it was more than most restaurants kids menu portion. They do bring you what you ask for to add flavor to your meal. A pleasant experience.

I have been a member of the AZ grand for over a year and have been to the lobby grill maybe twice. Food is decent, view outside is very pleasant and most of my experiences have been lovely. Tonight the hostess was not making any sense and it lead us to leaving hungry and annoyed… half the tables were unoccupied yet they were putting people on a 30 minute waitlist as to not overwhelm the kitchen staff. That’s not great but I can understand being told there is an unexpected wait for the food to be delivered but still seat us with that expectation. Instead she said we could order in the lobby, at the bar but not in the restaurant and the wait for food would be no different. Does that make any sense? I am not a hotel guest, I am a potential frequent customer of this outlet since I live up the hill, why am I being told I cannot be seated in this 50% occupied restaurant because “she needs to honor others on the waitlist”…. (EYE ROLL) why aren’t they seated with a set expectation that food will take y-x amount of time? The tickets from the bar or lounge still go to the same kitchen so how is that my only solution? I would like a managers number to be convinced why I should ever return after being told no with all due logic on my side…. I have 5 star hospitality management experience in Manhattan, this sleepy resort clearly doesn’t know how to handle increased traffic or prepare for it… now I understand why this hotel oddly enough has no fine dining outlet, also unfortunate.

Came at an off time (2pmish) and first off- online menu predates COVID so dont go by it!!! Was thinking of the heirloom tomato, calamri and french dip walking in; ended up getting wings and a burger since the others werent on the menu. Thats totally fine. Service was great (bartender was THE BEST, great service and really congenial), the drink (ultimate margarita) was really good and they served to the patio after we ordered. The burger was medium well/well done (I ordered medium) and the fries taste like leftovers from lunch that didnt make it under the hot lamp (turning stale and was NOT warmed when we ate). But the burger was still okay and the wings were good wings. I guess for the cost, I expected more or I could have just gone to a BWW.
