Been a childhood favorite and is still to this day! I’m so glad they keep the fan favorites around but occasionally had some seasonal flavors in. I got a love it size cotton candy and white chocolate chips in a waffle bowl. The ice cream is creamy and I liked the crunch of the waffle cone and chocolate chips. They always have a line out the door but don’t worry it goes by quickly and it’s worth the wait!

I ordered the berries cheesecake pint and had only 2 blueberries and 1 strawberry and my apple pie pint only had 1 apple. Both were mostly ice cream and cost $15 each. This place is a scam!

We love Cold Stone, the ice cream has always been delicious, but the past few times we visited the store has been a mess, almost to a point of being unsanitary and has me apprehensive about future visits. I understand the store is very busy, but that should not affect cleanliness, especially when there are 5-6 employees working. The chocolate ice cream was VERY soft, almost melted, had to be put in the freezer when we got home. The coffee ice cream was fine and no complaints about mix-ins.

Ive been to the location in the past and always looked forward to it when visiting the area. Sadly last time i went something was off about the ice cream. It was thick but not in a good way, and gummy. I couldn’t even finish mine the texture was just off putting and disappointing. Guess everyone is cutting corners nowadays

The ice cream was decent, but the service was completely unacceptable.
There were five young employees working during our visit, yet three of them were either standing around talking or glued to their phones. It took nearly 20 minutes to get in and out not because it was busy, but because the staff was unmotivated and disorganized.
One of the employees (the only male on shift) clocked out and lingered in the shop, loudly chatting with the staff from across the counter. This was a huge distraction, especially for the blonde girl working the register, who stopped checking customers out for about five minutes to engage in the conversation.
When I finally reached the front of the line to place my order, another employee interrupted the process to turn to a coworker and say (loudly and right in front of me), “Are we gonna try and throw this one?” prompting laughter from a few of them. A third employee sarcastically added, “Imagine waiting in line for 30 minutes and then not even getting to eat because they threw your ice cream.”
It was incredibly unprofessional and made me, and clearly other customers, uncomfortable. The passive aggressive attitude from the staff was obvious, and none of them seemed remotely interested in providing good service.
If you’re craving good ice cream, I suggest visiting the Dairy Queen five minutes down the road at least you’ll be treated with respect.
The only employee who appeared to be doing their job the entire time was a young woman with black hair and piercings. She stayed off her phone, focused on her tasks, and never got caught up in side conversations. She was the only one providing any semblance of actual service.
To the girls working that day: leave your phones at home, stay focused, and remember that your behavior sets the tone for the entire customer experience. Right now, that tone is disrespectful and careless.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any cold stone in my life.
not sure why they both employees need to hang out in the back of the store. one person should be up front cleaning and greeting customers. but when we got there both employees came out after wed already been inside for almost a minute. and as we were walking towards the door they were both gone to the back before we even got half way to the door.
The girl working that took care of my lady did good.
Her coworker the boy who failed to take care of me was horrible. I had to repeat what ice cream I wanted 3 times . Then had to repeat what size I wanted several times and he still didn’t get it right. More than likely he didn’t get it right because he had his air pods in . On top of already being irritated that he got everything wrong. It was the most skimpy ice cream I’ve ever received from cold stone.
pictures to prove my point. my lady got the chocolate ice cream. it was full and great. i got the ice cream with gummy bears. which the ice cream and the topping was skimpy. i hope the owner or management takes time to fix these issues. i have to drive over 30minutes out of my way to come here and am very disappointed.

To start this experience, there was only one employee working, meaning there were a ton of customers, and not enough staff. So it took around 20-ish minutes to get the ice cream.
Although, their ice cream is really good! Got the mint ice cream today with chocolate, and the ice cream was really creamy, and I’d prefer it over store bought ice cream. Overall a decent experience
