Pizza is just as good as I remember 30 years ago. OH LOOK, someone took a bite out of mine…that’s was me. $6 was a cheap dinner. This location shares with a gas station. There is limited seating. Hours on Google say 7pm close, door says 9pm close.

Been eating sbarro since high school but I’m officially done. This location constantly has issues. The last straw was an online order I made on 8/23. Apparently the person scheduled to open never showed up. Secondary person arrived but the funny thing is the online ordering system is happy to take your money without giving you a pizza. Was told they didn’t have an ingredient and he was backed up with orders. Couldn’t refund me because I ordered online. Contacted corporate online query, we’ll see how that goes. Man I’m so tired of paying more at these food places and getting worse service. Added to the insult is nobody cares

James is very kind and has amazing customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares!! I went to purchase a drink in the gas station and he brought me my single slice while my xl pizza was cooking. I thought it was really kind. While I was waiting he asked if I wanted my pizza cut in 6 or 8 slices. I hope this location rewards him/shows him some love. I will be back to this location because of this experience.

I had a craving for some NY style pizza. I have not had Sbarro’s in a while. I will definitely go back. This really hit the spot. Like true NY style it was very thin, greasy and foldable!!! Very tasty.

I gave this place over a week to fix this and also emailed corporate twice so they earned this review. Ordered pizza and a calzone via their website and paid for the order with my card. Got an email confirmation for the order. Went to pick it up, the counter was empty. Waited about fuve minutes for an employee to pop out and inform me that their computers were down so they couldn’t sell me food. I let her know that they had already sold the food and i would either need the food or someone would need to redund my $31. She called her manager. Decided theu would make the food, looked at my confirmation with the order info. Put the pizza on the rack to feed into the oven and left me to wait another 20 minutes to come back and tell me they couldn’t get the oven to turn on. I left my order number, name and phone number for the manager to refund my money at a later time since the employee could not do so. I have heard zero zip zilch. I am contesting the charge on my card but this is the worst customer service available and you should be ashamed.

Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes. No one ever came to take my order. Made sure they were open and everything but had my baby in the car and didn’t feel like waking him up to go in somewhere for lunch. Super disappointed.

The entire experience was impressive. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly, attentive staff. My order was fresh out of the oven; it looked and tasted fantastic! The restaurant was spotless (during dinner rush) and behind the counter looked clean and organized. If you are looking for a positive “Original NY Pizza” experience, I highly reccommend this location!
