I’ve been working nearby for several months and always glanced at this place but never been in. Yesterday I decided to go on my lunch break and try it out. I truly enjoyed it! It’s an absolute NO for me. I loved the food here until today. First, they gave me no teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken bowl… which is kind of the whole point. Then AFTER I already ate one half of my sandwich, I then saw MOLD on the second half. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again.

I’m glad I’m staying right around the cover because I will be back. If the hot honey chicken bowl was this good and the spinach dip was amazing, I’ve gotta try their breakfast!

I got a Spicy Korean beef bowl for takeout. The rice was overcooked, and the beef was burnt. I’m not sure if it was the sauce or the entire dish, but it was bitter. Not really recommended. Waste of money.

Every time I order from this location the employees always forget to put an item in my order or don’t fix my food right! Once again on yesterday, I called PRIOR to my order being delivered to tell them to make sure that all of my items were in my bag. The forgot to put my oatmeal cookie in the bag so, I called back to speak to the manager Blake Dasser. He was condescending, rude, didn’t care that the employees are always messing up my order, and kept bragging on his employees being good employees. He could care less that I’m spending tons of money and my orders are NEVER CORRECT! The employees at this location are deliberately messing up my orders and the manager is horrible! The food here is too expensive to be constantly dealing with mess like this! This location need to be shut down or restaffed with all NEW EMPLOYEES ASAP!
UPDATE: I did not mention anything in my review regarding you offering to deliver the cookie Blake. That was mentioned in the email that I sent to the president and the executive team who obviously told you that I emailed them. You still fail to mention how they are always messing up my orders deliberately. The ratings are low and other customers are complaining about the exact same issue! If you’re going to respond take accountability and quit trying to lie like the employees are meeting the standard at this location. Like I told the president in the email you nor the LAZY employees shouldn’t even be working at a restaurant. You guys are horrible, rude, and don’t want to work! FIND ANOTHER JOB, because you fail at trying to manage people Blake Dasser.

Ordered salad online for pick up at 12:30pm. Confirmed order should be ready at 12:51pm. I arrived at 12:51pm and the order was not ready. There were at least 12-15 people waiting for pick up order. They can only see 11 orders on their screen at a time and there were a total of 31 orders in the queue. Staff moving slowly with no sense of urgency. This is the second time I’ve had this experience at this restaurant.
I’ve never waited this long for a salad at any restaurant. Please hire someone who is knowledgeable of how to implement Lean processing. Will not return to this restaurant.

Went to try for lunch and was pleasantly impressed! The entire menu looked great, I got the hot honey bowl and my friend got the club sandwich. My bowl was great but wish I had went with a sandwich because they all looked amazing. Workers came around every couple minutes to ask if we needed anything or to clean up after us. Great place for a quick bite!

Second time coming but first time to this location. The hostess had a horrible attitude and made my husband feel stupid because it was his first time dining here and did not understand how building a bowl work. She also used her condescending attitude to give him incorrect information about how building a bowl was strictly a breakfast offering. She saw our baby with us and did not offer to grab us a high chair. The food itself was not good. The chili lime sauce was very spicy, the steak tasted like dog food, and the black beans were spicy for no reason. Probably won’t come back again especially to this location with their uppity attitude. Service is not their specialty.
