Door dashed an order through the subway website I did not receive my two drinks or two bags of chips, called door dash they refunded the money to subway however I can’t get subway to answer the phone to proceed with my refund for me to get it. I was there around 12:15-12-20pm today. I was excited, I had gotten the rest of the party supplies for my fiance’s birthday. Unfortunately, when I got there I explained my order and that I wanted double cheese. The lady behind the counter very rudely told me they already came with double cheese. I knew that, but still wanted more. I did not argue with her, even if I wanted double cheese. She was rude the entire experience and it really killed my mood. It’s not that hard to be nice.

Went in on lunch starving. Walked in, no one else in store. I asked for a FOOTLONG Chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The first very heavy set old woman was SOOO rude, would not speak or answer questions. She pulls out the Flatbread and i was like what is that? She made a 6 INCH backwards. I said um that’s the meat and cheese for 6 inch. The other woman got attitude and came over got a Footlong bread and put the 6 inch ingredients on it and spread it so thin there was NO meat, she says i can roll it for you, i said no id rather have my footlong cbr flatbread, she gets attitude and said it is a ft long….. transferring meat from a 6 in onto a footlong does NOT make it so. DOUBLE THE MEAT AND CHEESE. They refused, i told them keep the sandwich and i walked out! I LOVE subway, but will NOT use this one!

Went for the first time at this location today and the lady was absolutely awful, messed up my order and refused to make me a new one because I was upset she messed it up and wanted to argue with me. The only reason I didn’t say anything when she was making it is because of the new plastic thing on their windows that says “new menu” or something. I couldn’t see through it so I didn’t notice and I also don’t see very well. While ordering, she was rude, and rushed us to hurry when we didn’t know their menu changed and was trying to read it. Since she refused to remake my sandwich, I wanted a refund. She couldn’t figure out how to do it and said there’s no manager there. Overall, never going to this location again.

My husband & I went here last night at 6:20pm. The WORST experience of our lives! We grabbed prescriptions for my husband who hurt his back & we wanted something quick & easy for dinner. We walked up to the counter, no one there except for an employee who was sitting in the lobby on her phone. She glared at us & walked to the counter, took her 3 min. Never said a word, came to the counter, put gloves on & gave us a stare down. Made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her and impeding on her time. As we started to give our 1st order, I wanted to leave. She was extremely aggressive. After our order, we left and went to Walmart customer service to tell them what happened. The lady there said she had the same experience & there’s really nothing they could do. I was horrified that someone like this is working here, making customers feel so uncomfortable & representing subway.

Ordered online and paid extra for more meat and wanted lots of veggies and two different sauces. No sauce was on my sub and there was no cheese and barely anything else. My sandwich just looked like a loaf of bread. I honestly should have just gotten a sub from the Walmart deli.

They don’t have a soup that is universal. In Beebe won’t even note the corporate coupons. Very rude told us we can use the coupons any more with them. So what’s the use of getting the coupons from the head off or to be texted coupons. Don’t go there
