I ordered a chicken tender meal and got it through door dash, door dash was fantastic no problems there. The problem lies with the quality of the food. This chicken is so overcooked that it’s hard. The biscuit was absolutely hard for over $21. This had to be the worst meal I have ever eaten. My dogs. Didn’t even wanna eat it? I will absolutely never eat at KFC again. Somebody needs to get in there and start checking the quality of the food before it gets sent out.

Missing my utensils, asked for 2 legs got 2 thighs, no straws, asked for 2 mac and cheese and 2 mash potatoes and got 3 Mac and cheeses. Honestly…. dont even care a out coming back. Can you at least work on giving what is asked for. People order off family needs. Not whats easier for you at the moment. My family and I picked up a 12 piece family deal tonight. Our fries were half empty. All of the fried food tasted like it was fried in old oil… So does their nacho chips and basically anything there has a chemical taste almost. Now I know it’s fast food but when you’re paying 55 dollars I do expect some kind of standard. We live in a small town with very small food options and most of them especially the fast food places are a disappointment or mediocre at best. Make fast food good again!!! Very unhappy customer 🙁

They NEVER wear gloves I personally have watched the manager (an older lady with grey hair and glasses) grab chicken with no gloves, wipe her hands on her dirty pants, then go right back in to grab more chicken. She gets very upset when you call her out but it’s nasty and has been happening for months. I hope something is done about these disgusting habits

The owners should be embarrassed that they have let this place go like this. Imagine all the money they would make if people enjoyed going there. Most of the time the order is wrong, they leave your order on the counter to get cold, they don’t take your order, just look at you. So many bad experiences hard to name them all. It’s the most disgusting dirty fast food place I’ve ever been and I have given this place many chances over the years and it has been a gross choice 97% of the time. Once I went to the bathroom and there was dried puke in the sink, like hard dried! That was years ago and it seemed like it was just slightly cleaner for a while but not anymore. I would love to have some KFC occasionally, I will drive out of town if I want it from now on. Somebody else please take over this franchise, everyone in this town wants to give you business we just can’t in this state.

The food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a Nacho Grande and it tasted and smelled like straight burnt oil. So to replace it they gave me the cinnamon twists(2orders) and those were burnt and tasted like puke.
The workers looked overwhelmed. So tried not to be rude about it but we did let them know their oil was bad and they did not seem to care.

So idk what happened. But I always go order the classic chicken sandwich. This is the only thing in this entire town that normally taste even half way good. And normally it is AMAZING….. however. I went today and the bread was hard as a rock … extremely foamy and stale. Not normal. So I went back hoping it was just a bad piece of bread….
