And today (1-24-26 12:40pm) the gentleman with the glasses and dark hair is always so nice, and doesn’t even have to ask my name haha. My pizza looked and was PHENOMENAL. Buffalo chicken pizza had no Buffalo. Paid extra for a specialty pizza that didnt even have the ingredients. They seemed bothered that we even came to pick up food at 8 trying to close the place. Normally we love domino’s but this location was not the same experience I’m used to.

I’ve lived in Fort Collins since before most of these college kids were born (2000!) and somehow never ordered from this Domino’s. I usually stick to the local pizza spots because I like to support locally owned businesses but this time I went old-school with Domino’s takeout.
And honestly? It slapped. Fresh, hot, cheesy, and gone way too fast. Consider me officially humbled. The hometown classics still hold up. Looks like Domino’s just made the regular rotation.

I’ve had to go and get my money back for the 3rd time. Pizza wasn’t even cooked. Time before that wants dressed properly. Before then was not cooked also.

They get 5 stars because I like a total idiot ran right into the sign right next to the door and dropped my pizza all over the ground. After saying some not nice things, I walked back inside and asked to pay for another. The staff was super awesome and helpful. They ended up hooking me up with another expedited pie. If I could, I’d give them 6/5 for the stunning customer service.

Every time we’ve ordered from this Domino’s location, we’ve gotten fast, friendly service. They also have a tendency, at least in my experience, to “hook it up” when it comes to extra sauces, toppings, and other misc. items. The only reason I gave the Atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking kinda sucks, especially if you drive a truck or other large vehicle. I realize it’s not really Dominos’ fault, but I wanted to give a head’s up to other driver’s of large vehicles to be picky about where you park because backing up out of there can be kind of a beeeeotch… if you know what I mean?! I usually end up parking at the gas station and walking over just to be on the safe side because I can’t see very well, even with my mirrors, when I’m backing up as it is. Otherwise, this is a pretty great Domino’s that I’d definitely recommend!

Overnight stop in Ft.Collins, 10-26-24, and called the East Lamay store for hotel delivery. The women on the phone, first an employee, then the manager, could not get our credit card info correct. They kept tellin my husband the card was not working. When asked to read the card info back, they had the numbers wrong, kept making mistakes on expiration date and kept getting our room number wrong!! The manager sounded very curt when husband asked to speak to her. She was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She ended the call without saying goodbye and just hung up. No apology for the mixup on their end. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I’ve always loved dominos and order from here often. However today, this location left a sore taste in my mouth. Let’s start with the positive – my delivery driver was a top notch guy – super friendly and helpful and had no problem getting my over to me (other than the lack of a unit number which I HAD ALREADY PRODUCED for the employee who took my order over the phone. The store proceeds to call me 4 times to clarify the order and adress, though I had produced that info during our first initial call. A good chunk of my time was wasted going back and forth with this guy who couldn’t seem to grasp what I was trying to accomplish. Anyway, food was great just thought I should have AT LEAST received a small discount on my order. I am paying y’all for convience, but this experience was anything but. I also called the store to speak with a manager and they were also unwilling to comp or do anything to make up for my inconvenience. A shame because dominos was my favorite pizza until now
