I work very close by this spot. I used to go in here all the time until yesterday. It was my day off and I brought my family. There is a language barrier because I mostly speak English only but I can understand very little Spanish. But the people employed here mostly only speak Spanish. The girl behind the counter was new. She was wearing a pink shirt. She would only talk to my family in Spanish. She was being completely rude and asking if we wanted one or two balls of ice cream, they were giggling and laughing and speaking in Spanish like I didn’t understand. I completely dissatisfied with their service . I work in customer service and you don’t treat people like that. I wanted to throw the ice cream right back at them however I did not paid for my stuff did not leave a tip and left and will never be going back. Good luck with your new worker she’s rude.

It was my first time at that michoacana, I was excited about trying this new place until I waited 30 minutes for a crepe that was never done. The ladies that were serving couldn’t make a crepe and served a lot of clients that arrived after me. My boyfriend and I had to walk out after a very long wait without buying anything from them.

Didn’t even know how to make a chilindrina and bad attitude will NOT be back. Please hire better. Just go to Ay Guey down the street!
