Absolutely incredible! the freshest ingredients and the nicest owner operated family restaurant. The the variety of choices gives everyone what they want. My son said these are the best wings he’s ever had and my wife said the salad she had was the best she’s ever had from any restaurant ever and requested that I bring her back at least twice a week. I’ve tried 3 different items on the menu and everything is just phenomenal in taste and value. The smoothies are delicious too! So many organic ingredients even the lemon for my water was better than other lemons I don’t know how to explain that but this place is unbelievable!

If you want a breakfast that is up for interpretation this is your place. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel with bacon and cheddar cheese. They substituted bacon for turkey bacon, put American cheese instead of cheddar, and put ketchup on the bagel inside the sandwich. The bagel was unfortunately dry as well. On top of that they gave me French fries cut up into pieces with a sprinkle of onions and peppers as home fries. It was honestly not a great experience for eating and I will not be returning. I do think it’s falling on the lines of dishonest by replacing key ingredients.

I was shopping with my daughter nearby and saw this place. As a former New Yorker, if I see the words NY and Bagel, I always try it. The gentleman At the register was very nice. We talked about Lebanon, New York, and he was super helpful helping my daughter who is gluten-free with identifying options. He raved about their falafel So she decided she would give it a try. This is her first falafel and she absolutely loved it! she got chicken kebab, rice, and hummus as well. She ate everything. The falafel was crispy and light, cooked perfectly. I had an egg sandwich on a bagel, and while this is definitely not your traditional New York BEC spot, the other food we had was amazing. Outside of the food, we were treated so nicely. The guy even gave us a discount because he wanted my daughter to try several things. At one point, I was coughing at the table because my food went down the wrong pipe and the guy came over with a bottle of water and told me it was on him. Good food, better people.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel with hime fries to go. After paying, I told the cashier I was going to step out to the gas station and come back when it was ready. Upon my return I had found they had given my order to someone else and he had started to eat it! I know its not their fault he started to eat it but if they would have handed out the order correctly it wouldn’t have happened. They offered to make the order again which was nice but the bagel came out soggy and cut very poorly. They remade my home fries and gave me French fries instead. I didn’t ask them to make it a third time because I had already wasted 30 minutes of my life at this establishment. Skip this place and go to Courtney’s in Wake Forest or the original NY Bagel off Falls of Nuese. Much better service and food available.

I went in hoping to enjoy a bagel but left feeling disappointed. When I paid with cash, the young employee handled the money and then touched my bagel with the same gloves. I politely asked her to change her gloves and get a new bagel, but there was no apology and her attitude was noticeably stand-offish. It’s a shame because the sun-dried tomato bagel with butter was good. Overall, the experience felt unfriendly and unsanitary. I would not recommend this place due to their lack of basic food safety and customer service.

Wonderful Experience! Food tasty, establishment clean, and service friendly! My 7 Y.O took 2 bites out of her rainbow bagel with Honey Almond CC. And said alright mom go ahead and give them a GOLDSTAR! I ordered an everything bagel with different veggies and cc. Delish. My Husband ordered the Philly. We have tried Phillys from many places, he is from up north and we both agreed its the best Philly we have had around here (wake county). It also came with those golden crispy fries. Our favorite fries. 10/10 will be back again!

I attempted to get food from here before, however, the line was too long. My successful attempt was on a weekday and the line long again but I had time (so be ready to wait)
The wait is worth it OF COURSE! I am a New Yorker and the taste is authentic. My sisters say “It won’t taste like NY without NY water!” but I think it is spot on!

I had a BACON&EGG/CHEESE on CROSSIANT. PASTRAMI&EGG on GARLIC BAGEL!

Now I never visited this store in inclement weather or the heat. I would suggest water in the heat, heat in the cold, and a smile from the staff after waiting for so long. I know it is a NY theme but Southern hospitality is always welcome.

My server was kind and informative, she suggested the online option for future orders. Now I see the area for pick up, and the flow of people spills over to the DINE-IN area.

I look forward to seeing this franchise grow! I say this all respectfully.

This was my first time dining here and the customer service was amazing! Thank you all for being so welcoming.

The food: not seasoned well, but good.
The beagle: it was good.
The cafe: clean and smelled well.

I will try this place again!

Recently moved south to Raleigh and this is a Hidden gem! New owner. Made me a pastrami and oh my! It was great! They have a new regular with the bagels and lox and pastrami! So thankful they are on the way to work… I can see myself hitting them up 2-3 times a week.

Came here today and got three very different bagels and sadly all three were awful and yet somehow looked and tasted too similar. Had a sun-dried tomato bagel with lox spread… barely any tomato and just a slight fishy taste to the cream cheese. Pumpernickel bagel with jalapeño cream cheese… bagel was same color as the others and there was maybe 3 specks of green in the cream cheese, no heat at all. Final was a French toast bagel with plain CC… bagel had the most slight taste of syrup if that. All three bagels were so old tasting and awful texture. After trying them I ended up eating maybe one bagel worth of it. Not exaggerating when I say it’s the worst bagels of my life and I get better ones at wegmans.

After reading countless reviews I think it’s safe to say the bagels are the downfall of this place. I’m almost curious enough to go try something that isn’t a bagel from the sounds of the reviews, however DO NOT GO HERE FOR BAGELS.
