I was very excited to see that a Panera opened up nearby my parent’s house, I came in to get a sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie for the road. For my Panera sandwich I end up customizing a lot so usually I understand if it’s not up to my liking cause I worked fast food as a teenager and if someone did that usually I would’ve gotten mad lol. All in all my sandwich is cold, which I don’t understand how that happened cause the mozzarella was completely melted and it wasn’t like they took a long time(there were like no customers). My smoothie I don’t understand how someone made this I worked at a tropical smoothie and strawberry bananas smoothies were the easiest to blend. there’s still like full ice chunks in there and bananas so basically I’ve been chewing my smoothie. Next time, I’ll just go to the other Panera I’ve gone there since high school and they’ve never done me wrong

I sat down at a table to eat in and saw a row of ants marching along the window sill and table. When I let someone know I was told they knew and couldn’t figure out how to get rid of them. I guess I was expected to be okay with ants on the table. Then ordered oatmeal and they were out of stock of strawberries and to get another fruit I had to pay more. AND I paid a tip mistakenly before I knew about the ants and the careless attitude.

They won’t be here long. Ordered on DoorDash a BLT that was disgusting. Although they use pre cooked bacon the could have thrown in microwave for 30 seconds so it didn’t look raw, scant amount of mayo in middle of bread, barely there lettuce. Tomato was good rest went in garbage! Never again, someone needs to do quality control. In fairness the broccoli soup was good.

I finally decided to try this location with much trepidation because of the negative reviews. I’m glad that I gave it a try because the staff was friendly, the food was good and the restaurant was very clean and pleasant. I had the French onion soup and it was fresh and tasted delicious. My daughter had the pecan braid. Definitely get this warmed up because it would have been better.
Overall a very good experience and we will be back.

Service on site does not match quality provided online imaging or other locations definitely needs improvement. The manager was friendly and offered to try and help, but even my second sandwich looked like something off of the value menu. This location needs to understand that Panera’s menu is not cheap and customers should be served as such. Giving extremely small portions does nothing but make people upset. Hopefully the service improves in the future.

They messed up and didn’t even heat my bagel and they looked annoyed when I asked for it. Also my pomegranate drink tasted like straight water, nothing was good about it. Honestly nothing had any taste, I truly do not like this place after this experience and they won’t be getting my business ever again. I believe they need to start training their employees a little bit better and longer since they seem so incompetent.

I have a mixed review about the take-out order, food & this specific location (at Nuckols Road): (a) Overall, food (i.e., Egg-Croissant Sandwich, Soup & Chocolate Croissant for my family) was alright, and My family like Soup the most; (b) Service Issue-1: We ordered Egg-Croissant Sandwich (i.e., Vegetarian & no Meat), however, they put Bacon in one of the Sandwiches (which we found at home); and (c) Service Issue-2: The Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator of this place was rude (during responding to some of my questions regarding the menu as I was completely a new customer to this location).
To this end, I would say food was overall okay (even though they made a mistake in one order), while the service was not. I don’t think I will go back there (that specific location) again.

Panera at Nuckols Road is meant to be a fast food place with bread variations for sandwiches, soups and salads. Of course, we don’t forget the pastries! But don’t expect waiter service; it’s not that kind of place.
I ordered the bacon, turkey Bravo sandwich and was enjoying that with their special flavored coffee, when the busser came by carrying plates and asked how was the sandwich. I said the tomato basil bread was great, not too hard nor too thick, and the white cheddar cheese and meat were very good. Later he walked by with plates and offered to pick up mine. This was a minor gesture, but it showed a willingness to go beyond his pay scale. I noted his name tag said “Justin”.
Have a feeling he may move up in his employment with that attitude of service.
