The food was good but the service was ridiculously poor. I ordered a Yum Yum Rice Bowl and was told a new batch of rice would be ready in 5 minutes. No problem, I replied. The rice wasn’t ready for over 30 minutes! You’re in the business of making rice, surely you can provide a better estimate than that!
Once the rice was ready, I placed my order and received a text the order was in process, but no text when the order was ready. I returned after another 15 minutes to find my order sitting there cold.
The manager acknowledged the problem and gave me half off. Thanks for that but it hardly makes up for the wait and the awkward situation of eating in front of my friends who had long since finished their meals.

First time trying out World Street Kitchen. I tried the Korean Short Rib Yum Yum bowl, which wasn’t very yum yum. Way too much sauce and barely any short ribs. After a few bites I couldn’t even finish it. For what it was, I found it to be very overpriced.

Food was not good and overpriced. For the grilled chicken bowl and was very disappointed. The chicken was not grilled and there were only three small slices in the bowl. Ingredients did not taste fresh and overall would not recommend. Very expensive for a bowl of mostly rice
