Ive lived a mile from this location since 2018 and they historically to me have been mediocre at best but im not sure what they shifted but recently they kicked into high gear. Every order Ive had from them in the last month or so has been perfect and fresh. Made me go from ordering here twice a year to weekly. Keep rocking ladies!

I literally come here all the time, I order the same thing every time I come. Today I asked to pay for a side of the burning hot sauce to go with my medium sauced wings. The lady assisting me proceeds to tell me that they can’t sell me a side of the hot flavor only medium.. which isn’t true. Im aware and also a former employee the button says medium sauce, but you’re able to give me the hot flavor. Idk why this is such a big issue for your employees to grasp but every other time I come it’s not an issue. If you can’t do it say that every time but I only get this type of energy from certain employees, then with other employees they don’t even bat a eye they get it done.

The best pizza I ever had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Wished north Lakeland the only pizza hut location would fire all there staff to make a pizza like this. Was told there in us 98 there pizza burned when they used frozen cheese. Got into a confrontation with there front end person Jason who didn’t want to give there name. Called corporate and only wanted to give me a promo code. I wanted there staff fired. I was told it was that they weren’t cleaning there ovens. I want to report to someone who will do something that is the only pizza hut in our area. I am great full that this place gave the best pizza we ever had!

The food was excellent. Coming from in 8 hr shift and wanting to get something quick and delicious and still hot, also have amazing staff who care for you and have your Oder hot and ready kind and friendly faces all smiles e especially the order taker!! Picked up order tonight and cashier was nice and very helpful!! But I got home, the breadsticks were awful and even paid for extra sauce but only got 4!! The pizza wasn’t that good so next time I’m asking to see it before I leave. Not very happy tonight hopefully next time it will be better !!

Ever since Kiesha started working here the pizza has been phenominal. She must be doing something right since my pizzas used to be lack luster. Total turnaround in quality and employee temperment. Everyone is more friendly and orders are moving fast.
