This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve tried going to Dunkin and the last 2-3 times it’s been the same. The donuts are cold even though I arrive less than 10 minutes after I order and they look old/stale.

The dunkin that I usually go to put a ton of ice and if you ask for light ice they mess up the ratio and make the drink taste all funny. This dunking but the perfect amount of ice and my drink was delicious. I am one satisfied costumer.

Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. This morning I order on the app no different then I do from other locations. Same drink same sandwich. My sandwich was cold. The whole thing. My drink was not to my liking. Did not taste how other locations do even though I don’t change a thing. Wasted my money. U can see cheese not even melted.

Ordered oatmilk latte and got a sad, curdled bitter wattery mess. The lady (Candice) at the counter was so rude even as she was taking orders. It was almost like she didn’t want to see us! When I told her that the latte didn’t taste right, she was so annoyed and yelled at us! The guy who made the beverage was nice though. Never were we ever treated so poorly! Waste of money!
