if I could give a LOT more stars, I would proudly with no hesitation! long story short my husband took our daughter to the ER (negative on RSV n Covid) but deep nasty cough that no parent wants to hear. Doctor recommended a good bowl of chicken noodle and my mind went straight to Panera bread(is a huge favorite of mine especially when I was pregnant with our daughter). There is less than 10 minutes before closing and they hadn’t even been given medicine or discharged. I called ahead and explained what was going on if they had any chicken noodle available if they’d mind waiting a while longer past closing. No hesitation and arms wide open gave me instructions in what to have my ride do as I was home with our other child. HUGE THANK YOU not only for the delicious classic but for the best customer service in going past expectations in your job title as employee/manager.

I just love their food & pastries. Everything is always get. One of our favorites is the chipotle chicken bacon flatbread, so good! A definite must try. The pepperoni & sausage flatbread is also very good. The Mac & cheese sandwich is okay. The chicken soup is also very delicious. The orange scone is a must try as well, it’s a good mix of sweet & citrus.

Overall, Wonderful Staff And Management. I Love Coming Here To Panera I always feel welcomed when I do come. Food is always hot and fresh and made to order. I never have to wait for my food when it comes to this place. If Your Looking For A Place To Eat Or Even Just To Snack On From Bagels To Meals, Oh Don’t Forget The Desserts Too And The App Even Offers Point For Free Treats. On This Visit Ester was my server and did a amazing job on my bagel

I love Panera but this is the only location I wait about 28 minutes in for my 30 minute lunch. I’m highly upset bc I keep trying to trust them to do better and they always take forever. EVEN if my order was placed ahead of time. Theres not a lot of places for lunch in Porterville so I do hope this can change soon for this location.

I usually do not write reviews but this location just keeps delivering poor service, again and again. On Thursday I placed a Grubhub order and they forgot to include the hibiscus drink I ordered. Now my wife goes out to get food and they forgot to place my sandwich in the bag and the hibiscus drink I ordered arrives home and it’s punctured, yes you heard that right, it’s punctured!!! Now my wife has to go back to Panera to get the sandwich which is 6 miles away from home

I love this Panera bread and their customer service. I usually do drive thru, and today one of the employees who goes by Alexia, has the most awesome attitude. I just ordered a green tea, and without even asking she saw that I had my little sister with me in the back, and gave me a cookie pastry just to see her smile. She made my 6 year old sister’s day. You’re awesome Alexia!
