Every single time I order food, there’s a problem with this store. Either they dont cut the pizza, dont add sauce, or they got it wrong. This time they thought it’d be funny to cut a strip of pizza and a little corner. Looks like the dominos driver got hungry and picked off some toppings too. This store is trash, order somewhere else

Placed my order at 4:30pm and it said delivery was expected in about 90 mins which was fine. I get it’s the dinner rush time. When I went to my tracker later it changed it to estimated delivery between 7:30pm and 7:45pm. When I called to question this the person on the phone was extremely rude to me and said it was being delayed because short staff and having many orders. I said that was ridiculous to have a 3 hour wait and the man said I was being ridiculous. I wasn’t yelling at him or anything. I just stated that it was unacceptable to delay orders for that long and not have updated times for ordering online. Not everyone is ok with eating that late- not when you have young children. When I said I wanted my order cancelled because waiting 3 hours from order time is ridiculous he hung up on me. Thankfully I got an email confirming the cancelled order. Wish I could say this was the first time I’ve had issues like this, but unfortunately it’s not.

Went to Domino’s yesterday and had a really frustrating experience. The woman who answered the phone when I placed my order was curt and snappy, and she never even asked for my name. When I got there, my order was under some random name. There was trouble finding my order because on the phone they never asked me for my name.
They asked me if I was “Sharice,” and when I said no they kept looking but couldn’t find it. To help narrow it down, I mentioned that I had talked to a woman on the phone. Instead of helping, she snapped at me with an attitude, saying, “Well why did you say that wasn’t yours?” in a really nasty tone. The food was good. But because of the really negative experience I will never go back to that location.

App not working, had to place order thru website. Driver left store at 11:43, I am 5-ish blocks away, wasn’t delivered until 12:25. Boxes squished and pizza turning soggy and not hot and fresh. On the tracker we watched him drive all over hells half acre then ended with us 40 minutes later. Maybe you needed more drivers during lunch rushes. This happened last time we ordered also.

Bought the large spicy chicken, ranch, and bacon pizza. Oh my, what a rip off. Most pieces had only one little cube of chicken on it. Some had none. The bacon was likewise microscopic. This was totally underwhelming. I’ll probably not be a repeat customer.
