Discovered this coffee spot while driving by, and I’m so glad I stopped! Ms. Grace helped me on a beautiful Saturday morning—she’s such a lovely person and recommended the toasted marshmallow drink, which I tried for the first time and absolutely loved. The flavor profile was amazing—sweet, cozy, and perfectly balanced. What a great coffee!!
They also have delicious in-house, natural peanut butter protein balls that are super tasty and fresh. Great location, friendly staff, and quality drinks—definitely check this place out if you’re in the area!

Stopped by Modern Grind for a late afternoon pick-me-up, and I’m so glad this spot was saved on my list because today turned out to be the perfect day to finally try it.
We ordered a nitro cold brew and a large sweet buttery pie latte iced, and honestly, it felt like a lucky coffee run. The nitro cold brew got full approval from my partner, who takes his nitro seriously, so that already says a lot.
My buttery pie drink was everything I hoped for and more: smooth, sweet, and comforting, reminding me of a drink I used to enjoy back in the day. Served iced, it was perfect for a warm afternoon and absolutely hit the spot.
Safe to say we hit the jackpot with this visit. Definitely worth stopping by when you need a cozy caffeine fix, your tastebuds will thank you, even if your waistline asks questions later.

Voluptuous Vegan
Really wanted to love this place but it’s a miss for me . Got an “energy ” drink that was explained as more of an herbal tea type drink – ended up tasting like carbonated syrup.
Definitely not for me .
I did enjoy the outdoor seating . Beautiful day .

I was frustrated that my request for light ice was ignored and my drink was served with a full cup of ice instead. Paying attention to simple order details is important to the overall customer experience. I would recommend being more mindful of customer requests to avoid similar issues for future customers.

I have been hearing The buzz from all the locals about this award winning coffee so today I took a trip out from my neck of the woods just to try this place out and it did not disappoint. I ordered the iced caramel twist, and one of their most delicious bagel sandwiches that I have ever had. The cheese was melted to perfection over the delicious, juicy ham, and just enough cream cheese on this sandwich, to allow me to enjoy my coffee. I sat in the beautiful laid out patio with my Computer, just listening to the great music they had playing over the speakers. The vibes were smooth and relaxing allowing me to have a productive and peaceful meeting without all the background noise. The friendly staff ensures that your order is spot on as well.

I literally just left the drive thru (New Years Eve morning) and had to leave a shout out to the kind and friendly woman working the drivethru. I ordered a 16 oz quad white coffee with cookie butter and it tasted so smooth and delicious! It wasn’t overly sweet and had a creamy cookie butter aftertaste. I was asked to taste the coffee before we drive off, which to me, indicates they are eager to satisfy their customers. Additionally, as we were driving off, i heard a lady (assuming the barista who made my drink) ask the lady at the drive thru if i liked my drink. The lady shouted “she loved it!” as I hear a celebratory cheer coming out from the window Do yourself a favor if you have a caffeine crave and give this location a visit. You won’t be disappointed and clearly, the employees know what their doing and what great service looks like! Kudos to the modern grind team in Avondale and to the quality of their coffee!

Green Tea is my choice of beverage since I am not a coffee drinker. The Green Tea they serve here is wonderful. It was refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. On a side note, my daughter said the coffee is good as well. The coffee also came with chocolate covered espresso beans.
