Read important info. Our family dined in yesterday. My husband wanted brisket for his birthday which they were out of The food was good but not the best. My pulled Chicken was a tinge dry. The reason for four stars is the white slaw was very tasty. My husband liked the sausage meal
Our waiter was good but please keep the hygiene up, as he was putting his nails in his mouth several times, and then touching glasses and plates, Wash hands! !. He was extremely polite otherwise. The music bingo was popular with the Sun City folks and they seemed to be enjoying that very much.

Excellent food, great location, and responsive staff. One of our sides was wrong and the waitress fixed it immediately. The fried pickles, potato salad, and the fried okra were all amazing!

We just happened into 521 BBQ & Grill Sunday evening after shopping at the new Costco Indian Land SC ! The barbecue was delicious we got the senior meal ,and it was just enough! Our waitress couldn’t have been nicer and helpful ! We will definitely make this one of our go to restaurants when in the Sun City Area of Indian Land SC! Thanks Wayne

Went with the family one night to 521 BBQ & Grill in Indian Land. The Food was great, loved the staff and atmosphere so much that I went back a couple days later with friends and was not disappointed. I will definitely be going back again and again. The fried pickles were so good we had to get a second order. Highly recommend stopping into this place.

I had the smoked sausage sandwich with fried okra and an order of fried squash. The golden deep fried squash was the best thing I ordered. The smoked sausage sandwich needed to be a bit bigger. It was a small portion. There are daily lunch specials from 11 – 3, so get there before 3 o’clock to get a good deal for lunch.

Kids portions are really great ! Freindly staff. Had the smoked hot wings where good on the smoked flavor, didn’t have much of a kick for hot wings. Also tried the brisket sandwich was disappointing more fat than meat. Husband could not finish it he was disappointed. Not the best bbq in town but good enough for a quick bite.

I came here for lunch because I was working in the area. Figured I’d try a new place. It was not busy @ all. They give you hush puppies and honey butter. Those were good. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries with an Arnold Palmer. The food came out pretty quick. The bun wasn’t toasted. The fish, idk what kind it was but it was more like frozen fish sticks or tenders had a weird flavor. It tasted like the smell when you open a dishwasher. The tartar sauce was very gross. Sour and had the consistency of pudding. The fries were under cooked, no seasoning and lukewarm. I was there for maybe half an hour and the server asked me twice if I wanted the check and a to go cup so I felt like I was being rushed. I had to douse the sandwich with some honey bbq sauce they had @ the table to finish it. I definitely won’t be back

Great start, waitress was nice, friendly and helpful. Got sweet tea. Brought out some amazing hush puppies with honey butter.
Got our appetizer, cheese sticks.
Brought out our good looking food.
It went down hill from there.
The spare ribs had a terrible flavor, grilled pork was dry, potato salad had a weird taste, the top half of the okra was great but the bottom half was super greasy (the bowl needed a grease catcher at the bottom)

I stopped by from out of state. The service was great. The food (ribs) were not great at all!!! They tasted like they were spoiled or rotten meat!!! I wouldn’t return!! Or recommend!

Went at about 4pm and there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. 1st pic is pulled chicken tray with 2 sides for $14.95 USD. 2nd pic is combo platter with brisket and pulled pork + 2 sides for $19.49. 3rd pic is hush puppies with dipping butter. Casual relaxed atmosphere, waitress excellent!
