I like this location a lot. The employees are really nice, wait times are short and the breakfast sandwiches are consistent and good. I don’t drink coffee anymore but I love the new menu of refreshers. This is the only fast food place I still buy from lol.

Great Coffee, and even better Tea!
I’m a huge Tea drinker, and love their Black Breakfast Tea.
They’ve also got a nice selection of frozen, and cold Coffees.
Of course – there’s the donuts, and some hot sandwiches as well.
It’s a nice location, and clean, and comfortable inside.
I’ve been a regular there for as long as the locations been open.

I seldom leave reviews. But I feel compelled to leave one.
This is my go to coffee stop. Today, I went around 12:30pm. My kids wanted a chocolate milk. The gentlemen over the intercom advised they were out of chocolate. Now most times when this happens, it is just left at that. No chocolate milk. And we move on. However, the gentlemen told me he could take a regular milk and add chocolate syrup to it, which I gladly accepted.
I’ve been in the service industry my entire career, and this is the type of engagement and problem solving that I appreciate, and I hope that Dunkin will appreciate as well. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he had a bracelet on and blonde hair and maybe you can figure it out from the time frame I was there(Sunday 10/12/25 around 12:30pm). He deserves recognition for creating a solution on the spot instead of just telling me you are out of chocolate milk and moving on.

Unfortunately the experience provided this morning around 5:20 am on Saturday, November 8th was extremely discouraging and negative. I know that it was early in the morning, just after opening the store and having worked in food for a decade I understand the stress of it all, but working in food service a negative attitude is something you cannot have. It messes with business as well as hurts your customer base. I had been up all night with our newborn taking care of her after having an intense procedure done yesterday. Both of us running on fumes and in immense pain, my fiancé decided to head out to get us breakfast from somewhere we typically love. A little pick me up. However, once he placed an order he was met with nothing but attitude and hatefulness. They seemed extremely annoyed at our order, sighing loudly to show how they felt. Just giving him a hard time in general making a big deal about our order. After all of that anguish the order ended up missing items and being incorrect. Hash browns were missing and instead of giving him avocado toast they gave him a pack of bacon. At that point he was extremely upset and didn’t want to deal with the employees anymore and decided to just head home. Very unfortunate as we love Dunkin.

It was an odd experience the one taking our order and handing it out was nice; but, when we got handed our food from the person I assume cooked it he was rude and slammed the window in our faces when we asked for straws, he seemed as though he hated his job which I can understand but don’t take it out on people that just ordered food and didn’t make the job difficult for you. One of the sandwiches also had hair in it so that was also upsetting, I assume it was the one that cooked it because he handed out out food and had no hair net on.

Once in awhile, I get a “donut craving”, & the only donut place I know in the area were I was living at the time at for now was a Dunkin’ Donuts on N. Fairfield Road in Beavercreek, Ohio. It seems if you visit this donut location after 11 AM each day, their donut selection is extremely poor. My wife asked “why such poor selections of donuts since it’s around 1130 AM?” one weekday morning when she wanted a couple of creamed donuts. The lady behind the counter stated, “we get one truck of donuts each day, when they’re out, they’re out til the next truck comes in the next day”. Another time, I drove there and walked in at 900 AM another weekday morning and wanted just a couple glazed donuts for myself and some cake donuts for my wife. They only had the cake donuts. I ended up just leaving the location without buying anything and went to a nearby grocery store and purchased a box of Krispy Kreame Glazed Donuts there. If you run out of donuts by 12 noon or have very poor selections of donuts, why don’t you get MORE donuts/pasteries at that location daily?? You’ll lose more customers with the attitude you got now and I have not been back there in over a year now.

LarderRoom…It’s always a good day for Dunkin. Grabbed a quick dozen assorted donuts on the way to a meeting because who doesn’t love donuts! The store is extremely clean, service was fast and the order was taken with a big smile. What more could you ask for. Thanks Dunkin. See you soon.

Unfortunately, I could only give 5 stars. I would give them many more if possible. The staff at this location is amazing. Every morning during the week I stop in for my morning coffee and without fail someone greets me, by name, as I walk through the door. The morning manager, Hunter, is great. She always has a smile on her face and is not afraid to work when necessary. Rachel, Amber, Gabby, Ari, and Skylar are just some of the awesome employees that make this store great. There are many others but sadly I just cannot remember all their names. Regardless, they are all great and do a tremendous job of taking care of their customers!!
